My nephew blew his cover and told me my Christmas presents. I asked "Santa" for a food steamer, Tea pot kettle, and a new loom set with size 10 knitting needles. My nephew said "Your not getting that. Mommy got you your knitting stuff and..." That's all he said because he realized he told me :giggle: :)

What have you got your family members for Christmas or Do you think you can guess what you got for Christmas?

I told my girlfriend that I like books focused on U of Michigan football. I gave my girlfriend a listing of 4 or 5 books that I wanted. She may give me 1. Maybe 3 books..... I told her to surprise me. I like surprises!!!

I really want a Kindle or kobo e-reader or an iPad so I think I'm gonna be getting either of those..lol and My bf and I exchanged gifts and he got my a Gucci watch ...I dunno what anyone else is getting me..but I know when I get back I'm getting myself a canada goose jacket:) they're so warm<3

I gave my daughter $$ to shop for presents for me so that I can have presents to open. She would have gotten me something with her money, but this way I'll have a few more presents to open. I gave her suggestions (turtleneck, decorative sweatshirt, sweater, socks). She's having a hard time thinking of what to put in my stocking (besides the socks - socks & washcloths were always great ways to fill the bottom of the stockings that I made years ago since I made them a bit bigger than I should have).

I got her Harry Potter movies (Ultimate Editions 5 & 6 and regular editions of 7 & 8). She won't be surprised with those as they were on the top of her wish list. I also got her an anatomy book (she's a CNA student in H.S.) and a fleece jacket. Those she is not expecting.

My other daughter & SIL will get cash or gift cards as they live across country and I don't want to burden them with gifts to take home on the plane...plus they'll love being able to buy their own stuff anyway.

for my little nephews, kiddy keyboards (the 1 year old gets a smaller version of it), the 2 year olds also get some playdough (with cutters and rolling pin), and the 1 year old also gets some of those Tonka cars/trucks.

My sister is getting Tim Burton playing cards and giant Reeses peanut butter cups (each cup is half a pound!). For her family (herself, husband and kid), Nightmare Before Christmas Jenga game (I thought the kid would like helping to knock the tower over TEHE!).

got my mom some of her favorite Tabu perfume.

Everyone's gonna get cookies and fudge.

One niece gets a sketch pad/pencils set and card game; older nephew gets Legos and a card game.

And I'm guessing I'm getting the new Mario Kart game for my 3DS from my sister haha.

I asked for an iPad and a B&N gift card. I think I am getting printer paper for my printer.

I'm getting New Pots & Pans for my Kitchen!...:giggle:...and yeah, I'm excited about it and will hang them up...I'll throw out my old ones (or donate them)on Christmas Day and cook in the new ones.

I hope I get a 2012 redneck calendar for christmas.. My family knows I love their calendars.. This month is you might be a redneck if your snowman has a beer gut. Nuttin expensive for me.. Im simple.

We already got a Sodastream machine and I think that is it.

For my granddaughters, I got a sock monkey hat, tie dyed shirt, and various barbies.

For the elderly women, some knitted throws for watching tv, gloves, a scarf, spices.

Otherwise adults aren't doing gifts, but give to charity. I donated to a deaf school, rescue league, buying supplies for battered women's shelter, feeding some hungry.

I do enjoy doing good deeds. :)

Those all sound like really great gifts.

@Bottesini That's good. Good deeds are always fun to do. Especially when they come from the heart and you don't expect to get things back. I just donated a bunch of clothes and knitted a few scarves and hats for some of my military friends and their friends out there. That is all I have done. I would have done more, but I am not really sure where to go or what to really do.

I know I will get like 20 pairs of nice matching bras and underwear from my hubby as it is a traditional thing for us. As for other stuff, I dont know...I would like to get an iPad2 but not gonna happen.

I got my hubby several sweaters and work shirts, a Kindle Fire, and a Colonge/body wash kit from Melaleuca. I will get him a gift card to Dunkin Donuts for his stocking.

Got my son a Nitendo 3Ds, some games, a ship, trains, and then maybe a few more things for stocking stuffers.

My daughter will be getting a camera (Kodak Easy Share) and $50 in cash. She already got half of her Christmas gifts when she was here over Thanksgiving weekend when I took her clothes shopping.

My brother will get the same Colonge/body wash kit and still thinking of one more thing but not sure.

His girlfriend will get 4 pairs of pj pants with funky designs and I am thinking of one more thing for her new house.

My mom will get a wine gift basket

My dad will get a Sturgess coffee kit.

I am glad that I am almost done with Christmas shopping. :)

Hahaha... that reminds me of when I told my grandfather what we got him for Christmas... by accident.

I was 7 or 8 years old. My parents and I went out to do a little Christmas shopping. We decided to get my grandparents a mini-vacuum. When we got home, my dad asked... "Hey, do you have grandpa's gift?" I immediately went to my parents bedroom, got the unwrapped present, and came back into the kitchen to give to my grandfather. My dad was like, "No no no no!" When I realized the mistake I had done, I started crying. My grandfather just stood there puzzled and my dad immediately said, "So, here's the mini-vacuum that we got for our house. We're going to install it in the laundry room." My dad later went out and bought another one to wrap as a gift for my grandparents.

Awww that sounds cute and innocent. :)

Hopefully to get a coffee machine from my parents for my unit :D

I buy my nephews foosball table / air hockey table. They also get DVDs, books, pyjamas and couple small toys.

I get my sister, her husband new duvet cover and sheet set.

I get my mom underwater digital camera for her cruise in February.

I get my nieces clothes, books, dolls, pyjamas, perfume.

I get Dallas present long time ago...not sure what do with now. Is command start his truck.

i do not need christmas present. only me want spending enjoying time and company with my good friends and family.

My mother is buying me a baker's rack for the kitchen because I don't have enough room for all my kitchen gadgets and cast iron cookware. I'm excited because the baker's rack also has a wine rack. I have the perfect spot for it in my kitchen.

I hope someone gets me some coffee related stuff: an espresso grinder and a hot air popper for roasting green coffee beans would be nice.

As for the presents I'm getting others, I'm not saying, lest they see this page and the surprises are ruined. :)

Ahem. Where's my present? See, I would hate for anyone on your list to accidentally find out what they're getting early. Capiche? :)

I suspect I will be getting a bunch of Stanford gear. Probably Fiesta Bowl tickets and Red Sox tickets as well. :)

I am giving mostly rocks and iPads
