A few months ago, someone mentions about the war in other countries and saying that we cant have a president vote til the war is over.

Something to that affect. But I dont think so. That way.

I hope you know what I was trying to say.

I mean as of now President Bush is our president and when the time come to vote for the new president. If the war is still going and there will be no vote til the war is over.

I dont think that work that way. Am I right?? I think there will be a vote for new president even if there are war going on.

I don't think that is possible.

It would suck because then Bush could control the war. He could keep the war going and we'd be stuck with him cuz he says so.

George W is a lame duck prez ... among other things. His last day as president will be Jan 20, 2009. There will be elections in Nov 08 regardless of the situation in Iraq. Even BUllSHit can't change the Constitution at this point.

That what I thought!!

There is something fishy to me. The U.S. has been in a state of war since WWII. We had WWII, the Cold war which consisted of the Korean War and the Vietnam War, then the cold war continued as we were involved with Star Wars, then we had the Persian Gulf War soon after the Berlin Wall fell, then after that was over we now have the War on Terror.

I heard that some people feel war is good for our economy. Do these go together? If they do and if that's why we are in continuous wars, I would be extremely upset.

Anyone happen to know anything about these two things?

No, it isnt true, President Bush's day at White House is being numbered period...didnt you notice there are some presidential candidates are brewing already...however once Democracy took over the White House can weakens the strength of battle stragery. Did you know this when election ended with many victorious for Demoracy caused the Al-Qaeda flock to outburst with joy, the one spokeperson for Al-Qaeda quoted "I thanked Americian to vote for Democracy instead of Republic, America are about to be weakened." President Bush are busy worrying over fixing the stragery of Iraq war, and other upcoming possible of threat battle from Middle East especially Iran before giving to next President!
