a tough part is... the virus could hide in there as well. you just gotta intensively scan them with several different scanners before you transfer it to your newly-reformatted comp.

I did deep scan my games and music 5 times today, should be ok to transfer.

But people just send you a bogus or a fake window, but what Jiro just said -- it would be a property fucked status right now and few years ago, either one of my sister or my brother downloaded plenty of games and has virus inside and killed my goddamn computer, which was the old one.. in the garage still...

So mate -- if you want to back up the files, go and get the external hard drive where you can store all the schitt. They are cheap nowdays. I will get mine and have laptop reformatted and sell the laptop for some reason since I need to get rid of my credit card.
