Sound like screw your route up already. Do you have a Vp-200? If you want to checkin on your MVP then you have to put your MVP as primary ip address. It's will be working for real. Have you trying to setting it up last of ip private address, it's said 125? Also, can you trying unplug your wireless and modem then plug back ... hope it's would be work... Keep post if it is work... Someone else who is working for Purple, they can help you out.

Why is that?! It's does working for your mvp (incoming and out)? Do you have a Vp-200? If so then does that Vp-200 working for you ( it's separate, Do your any friends or family contact wit you during Vp-200)??

You see label for CC on back of your MVP panel. you can contact CC. They will check your purplemail server to fix it.
