Exactly, my sister had been through. She is addicted to kind of drugs. The drugs destory her family life.

She need help but she refuse. I was mad with my Dad for pull her out of mental hospitail dozen of times. I told him off to let her stay there and need professional help because she deserve it with better hand than us.
I vote: Treat it as a medical problem.
