Tips about selling your home and moving ?

my house it up for sale.. :D and yeah i pay 6% commission when the house is sold on closing date.

had to clean almost everyday.. whenever i get a notice there's a showing.. grrrr..

still hear no luck for 2 and half weeks.. seems long but heard its an average of 45 days..
 
forgot to add... my realtor suggust me to have windows blinds open.. lights on.. and clean.. have secent smell in house will help sell faster. when lights are on and outside light is shining ur home makes the room feel bigger and roomy and warming.

yeah make some nice, strong black coffee, but dont drink it just leave it on the kitchen bench... its a subtle trigger to be relaxed and to talk over the coffee (or tea - also have tea ready too)....that freindly chatty atmosphere leads to a buying mood....
 
My friend's parent is going to sell their house for $300,000 pretty soon. They're currently looking at the paperwork and make sure everything looks right and not rip off then they're gonna post that house for sale. After they sell their house, they will move to Utah for some reason. They will buy a nice house over there, too.
 
I didn't use real estate agent.. hate their commision awful percent cost...
My very first time buying private owner..
Only I paid for lawyer 2,300 bux that is it..
Plus down pymt 6k

I've been there already... through lawyer fee/mortgages that is it..
No Real Estate Agent's commission cost.. NOTHING AT ALL.. I'm very happy..

So then your spill beans now! Go Ahead!
