It was NOTHING!! I ate three and my tongue is not even on fire..I am not even sweating..my hubby was shocked. I should go on that TV show and show them that I am the only person in who can eat them without breaking out in a sweat. Hahahaha..

The only wings that really make me weak at my knees are the Homicide flavored wings from Wings to Go.

However, it takes about 10 of them to do the job.

LOL! My friends have tried them cuz they see me eating them and they ended up bawling and freaking out after just one bite. My hubby said the smell of them alone brings tears to his eyes.

How is everybody doing today?

Fairly well thanks! Had a busy day today. Took the dogs to a dog park in the city and then took them over to the pet store to buy 2 new squeaky toys and a new version of their tennis ball squeaky (the old one was pretty much murdered ). They got a hippo stuffed animal with a squeaker (their first stuffed animal) and they fell in love with it... they got fighting over it and did a tug of war. Needless to say, one of the hippo's butt cheeks ripped and it had to be sewed already. I don't think it will last that long, but let them have fun with it!

We can't keep stuffed dog toys at all as the poodle know how to open seams. She thinks that is the purpose of the dog toy.

It is sad for the younger dog who wants to carry toys. We have a couple on a shelf that we give temporarily under supervision to the little dog.

Awww ... Our dogs aren't too rough with their toys. Their toys have lasted a while... but they like picking at the green fluff on the tennis ball squeaky and their other tennis balls and end up murdering them. However, what might kill the hippo is the fact that when one dog has one toy, the other one wants what the other one has. The one dog favours the hippo toy (they also did that with the doughnut toy) and so the other dog wants what he's playing with.

Hope it comes true!! I know I'm not even 20 yet but me and my sister was asking my mum if we could have a party since we went to a 21st. On fri she said maybe then yesterday she was talking to my sister. My mum said how about a holiday? My sister cool okay and my mum then said, how about a week in New York City?

She knows it's me and my sister's DREAM to go there!!!

She said it is not definate and she'll have a look at prices etc!

Just finished cleaning the house inside and out. It is amazing how a small house can get so dirty from 4 people and a dog.

Now, off to work-out and then relax for the rest of the day. My hubby will BBQ for dinner so I cant wait to eat.

My daugher starts tmw...she is so nervous cuz she will be the new kid.

Anyways, went to the dR today for another kind of check up. I went for my physical last Wed. Got weighed and I went I lost 4 lbs in one week! Holy cow! That makes a total of 12 lbs lost since the begining of July.

I am soooo thrilled because I had been struggling to lose weight for over a year with no results..all I can is think "Finally! Something is working!" Still got lots more to lose but at the rate I am going, if it keeps up, it wont be much longer before I reach my target goal. Now, then I will have to work at keeping it off for the rest of my life.

I have much the same goal as you. Last year my body got filled up with tons of fluids due to heart and thyroid problems so I gained 30 pounds as a result.

Even after losing 30 pounds worth of fluids, I still have a long way to go before I get to my ideal weight, I will have much less trouble with my diabetes when I finally get there. I am now where I was at age 24. I have not been at that weight since I was 24 and I'm happy about it. I am shopping for new clothes. *yay*

When I get there, I will have to work on keep from gaining weight for the rest of my life like you. I don't think diets really work because once you get off the diet, you go back to your old bad eating habits. Eating habits have to be changed for good.

Spent the whole day looking thru catalogs and wondering which clothes I'll like wear often and I'm also wondering what jewelry and shoes I'd like to wear with them.
