Taken - miniseries by Spielberg

All these questions are so interesting. :mrgreen:
Somehow it ends up with our spiritual side, huh? Even the ETs can be spiritual, too. We can only spectulate until one bites us on the ass-- but by god, it's fun to spectulate!

We all can set our own value on something, I suppose. :)

It has been a few years since I've seen it, so I don't remember the last 30 mins of the movie. I just know I didn't like the movie. :dunno:

That's understandable. I understood the movie. Some of my friends didn't understand the movie. Just because of one movie doesn't mean you should hate the rest of them. Every producer and director has their ups and downs. If you thought it was a bad movie, it was probably his "down" movie at that time. I still think he's a good guy.

You have a point about this, and I guess I'm coming across too strong about Spielberg. He IS a good director and always has been. I just have felt of late that there's something he's got in his crawl regarding "other beings", and I wonder what the heck he is trying to say with the movies he is making now.
 
Taken is VERY AWESOME to watch. Once I got the DVDs and I played the mini-serie and I COULDN'T stop watching.. I even called my work that I was sick (which I was not) to finish watching the mini-serie. No matter how much the DVDs cost, it will worth the money with no question. It isn't difficult to understand, it is quite easy to understand (well for me and my date).

I want to say some more about this mini-serie but afraid that I may spill some spoilers but it is quite interesting to see how two different families struggled and grew... also it took three generations to breed the "special" child that have potential abilities such as alter time-space or implement the illusions directly in their mind.

The ending is sad but happy same time.

God is infinite, which by definition means He has always been in existence and was not created.
