I'm so glad I found this thread. Just when I thought about leaving AD. Anywho, :wave:. ASL 1 here. I know my alphabet as well as some basic words. I will be taking classes at sign language school next month or lagcc in the fall. For now I will brush up on lifeprint. It's pretty good. My meetup group suggested it. I am looking to practice with either someone who is REALLY patient or is in ASL 1/2.

Does anyone use yahoo messengers video chat? I have that as well as skype, and sometimes Skype gives me problems like freezing, etc. Does anyone know of any better video services? Btw is anyone still practicing? Skype me at the name in my signature or pm me. Just include your AD name so I know who it is. ASL 1 here.

I used to have Yahoo, but I got too much spam and porn crap that I gave it up. I have MSN, Googlechat, ooVoo, Skype and P3. Seems I might have more but I just can't remember.

I'm going to private university to study interpreting. I would love to learn with someone over the internet.

I'm hearing by the way.
 
Hi! My name is Allison and I am trying to learn sign language on my own. I only know one person who can communicate in ASL, and we do not get to talk very often. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in video chatting with me to help me out. I am very much at the beginners level. :(
