Street view for Google mobile map

There's street view for Google mobile map, check it yourself if offers for your mobile phone.

It offered on my BB 8330, it's damn sweet but little slow, I wish my BB 8330 will be Rev. A EVDO upgradeable, oh well.

It would be much more slower on BB with EDGE but more patient could help.

I never use this on my LG, because I own an actual GPS system
 
I have mobile google maps in my ATT Tile but never see street view for mobile. I don't need to download update software.

Why not? Just try.

If you are in 3G area then it could be useful.

I don't know if att tilt is supported.
 
That's pretty interesting video showing how do Google mobile map works on blackberry.

I just tested out my SK. (Google Maps) Darn it doesn't support SK web browser.

I won't download any software in my storage. save free few memory in my storage.

You should buy Blackberry Bold. The BlackBerry 9000 (Bold) is available from Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and 3 Mobile in Australia now.

I had blackberry in the past when I was living in New Zealand. As for Australia their plans are too expensive for me so it is cheaper to use SK for now. Which is cheaper plan for a university student like me.

The Blackberry can wait few years later. :)
 
Oh Craps! Didn't catch it till now. I just deleted Google Map with voice 2.2.2 and am downloading Google Map w/ street!! I bet it's soo sweet that my co worker would be jealous.. Big time..

I will tell you what's like on Sprint EVDO. Maybe download Mem3 to clean out some craps you don't need in your BB's internal memory. In that way it'll clean out stuff that you don't need or use.

I have to do Mem3 cleaning over again cuz I just upgraded BB OS to 4.5.0.77 on my Curve. I notice it get around pretty fast. I want to clear the memory till 50mb free space. I have acheived 51mb free space and still can dl apps a bit more I wish on BB. :rofl:

Just dl'd the Google Map w/ Street view and It ran okay on my bb. lot of data download and streetview is lukewarm in speed. Not fast, not slow. When I rolled up the trackball according to Streetview arrow. The spinning icon is loading till it move to next step. Takes about 3 to 5 seconds. Not bad. I'm not a heavy user on Streetview but be nice to have a view.

Remmy that StreetView is only nearly a year old and some area may no longer there or biz no longer running so be aware of it.

Google map with street view is very CHAMPION! I think this blow BB map, yahoo map, and MSN "live search" map out of the water already!
 
Foxrac, How about BB 8320 will be work for street view? I already have my google maps on my BB's home. I did download it last March when I got a new BB. I always use gps for travel. But I didn't know about Street View. I would like to download. Is that free??

I dislike to be interfere between you and foxrc. I know you talk directly FOX..

Here my answer is yes it will running all blackberry series unless OS 4.1 to up. ;) So you need to download it for update. what is your google map's version? Google map with street view's version is 2.31 right now..

You can go to options> security options> application permissions, then all application list appear there. look at google map's version that what it will tell you..

Let me know hows it out. ;)

I found my google maps version is 2.0 without street view now. I will download from my BB through google maps.

It's latest version of Google Map has street view added, just download it then will update itself.

Yup, its free to use it.
