a dog can save your life anytime.....i had Brandy for 20 yrs.. i had to put her to sleep because of cancerous tumors.. she went blind and deaf...i never had a dog like her again...

I'm sure you didn't think the big bald guy was the same one, but, as a guy, I'd be creeped out if I had actually dated a person that I found out later was doing that! I don't care what a person does at home, in their own bed or whatever, but when it comes to masturbating on someone's patio, that is absolutely disgusting!

So glad you said you were tired and had him leave, which probably saved your life and protected yourself from a potential rape and who knows what else!

I totally agree! Snickers is my hearing dog and I put full stock in her and trust her if I can't see or hear something that I have to attend to. My next dog will be the same way, though I have no idea when that day will come.

Right on... Agreed.... I missed Brandy.... i never get another dog... it is very hard to find a dog like her... she was my first dog...

Aw I don't blame, I am in the same way since my dog Kasey died last october and it been hard living without her. She will never out of my heart and mind. My dog become like my child to me, I call her my baby girl! I decided not to get another dog for a while until I am completely over her death. Her death really hit me so hard that I broke down when she died in my arm. It was the worst feeling I had to go through losing her. Now I know I have another dog is old so I know it be hard on me when he will soon go too. Life does suck sometimes doesn't it? :)

:hug: You poor dear! I know it's hard to get over a love of a good dog. Someday, you may want another one and just remember what you were looking for when you got Brandy and you'll find one like her. Not saying you'll receive a duplicate, because all dogs are different.

Yea my dog let me know if anyone is at the door which is great cuz I dont have a doorbell or cant hear the knocking. Today my dog barked and there was a package for me so that how I know. She will bark at anyone who go near my truck sure enough she is protecting my truck and house. If I was in the truck with her and she wont bark unless there is something wrong.
