both are same thing. since you're from England - you'll want to use the UK-version.

One tip: Try to shop at major retailers. There are plenty of legitimate looking sites that may potentially be phishing sites. There is a possibility of someone taking your Paypal login info and clean you out. With major retailers, there is virtually no chance of that happening - assuming your machine is devoid of spyware, keyloggers, etc.
