Did you have a robbery robbed local stores or banks, Restaurants in your hometown??


Recently this month we been having robberies, a 20-year-old Cleveland man said he was robbed at a bus stop by a man who pointed a handgun at his head. The robber ordered the victim to empty his pockets after approaching the man and asking for change.

Another one at McDonald's recently two men who allegedly robbed McDonald's restaurant with shotguns, two of them were arrested have no idea if those are the two men that linked with the ones that robbed the store recently the same store I went to two weeks ago Sunday, just 15 minutes before I left, they robbed the store with a shotgun! :Ohno: Because three men who were wearing a mask had shotgun with them when they robbed the gas station and the local store recently in Feb.

Cheri, I am so glad that you got out of the store before they came in!! :shock:

Before my brother got married, he had two robberies at his house in a same week. Someone broke in his house while he wasn't at home (Thanks goodness) and then while my brother was in Florida (vacation) with his fiances that time, someone came and stole his truck. We found out who it was, but we haven't get him yet.

And I don't know if yall know about "Sniper" about a long time ago that a black guy and his son shoot a lot of people in a different states...well, my friend and I were traveling to Montgomery, AL and we stopped eating at Arby's, the shooting happened across from us. We didn't know what were going on until we saw police cars and we can't even leave until its clear. It scared me really bad because I didn't know what was going on and then when I arrived home, I found out about it. Oh boy that scared me! :shock:
 
It looks like God was there to protect you before those robbery arrives......


I have never been in a situation where a robbery happened, but I do pray before driving or going into a store to have Him watch over me so that nothing happens....


Try it sometimes, and you will see how amazing how it helps making sure you're safe not in a harm way or anything....


I know some people may not believe that, but I do.....

I have been robbery twice while I was lived with my cousin. Not sure where I was go somewhere and someone break in my cousin's home and steal mouse of from computer, vcr, cd player, not sure more oh yeah my winter coat micghican (spelling) I dont ahve any winter coat and cant afford to buy winter coat for 2 yrs but i use my mom's winter coat which is too small haha. it is kinda my cousin's fault casue she didnt lock the door that she lost the keys while I wasnt at home. then in few weeks or months I was sleeping in the during day cause i work wal mart from night shift then I woke up and went to washroom but I feel someone bang bang bang from downstair so I go and check it was nothing werid hmm then I go upstair to get ready for work then i come down and get the bike IT WAS GONE!!!!! no bike there someone stolen my bike!!! as I need ride bike to work so i called my dad to pick me up then next day called police to look for my bike till my cousin's boyfriend found my bike from in my sister's high school in 3 weeks later. know what my bike was sold to someone which is my sister's friend make me pissed me off at robbery stolen my bike so we called police to come to high school and talk to my sister's princpal (sp) and cut the lock off and take my baby bike back home yayaya. till my mom told me make me shocked!!! robbery put AD in newspaper to sell my bike to my sister's friend. but glad my bike is back. I am sure my sister's friend got upset for buy my bike from robbery. it cost my bike $300 for that but robbery sell to my sister's friend cost $150.
 
Thank God, you left in time before the robbery, Cheri! it proves that Guardian angels were protecting you!
One time, my best friend and i went to the lake and this guy and his friends were bothering us (they were very drunk) and we kept telling them to leave us alone...so finally we got scared and we swam out further into the lake trying to get away from them and of all sudden, a large man with white hair and beard bellowing at the guys to get the hell away from us girls or else! and the guys swam out the lake so fast like they saw a ghost or something! I couldnt hear, but my best friend who is hearing said this old guy had a real loud booming voice that could wake the dead! lol! it apparently worked cuz the guys just took off and we never saw them again! we were going to thank the old guy for saving us but he just simply disappeared...reallly spooky! we looked every place for him ...never could find him!! we got to a point that maybe he was our "Guardian Angel"..
We went straight home after this incident..we were so shaken up.
Another time, My son was working nights at the Holiday Inn Express in Okla City long before he married, well, after he got off from work about 10 minutes later, his co worker got robbed! geez! He did noticed some strange looking guy in old beat up car so he told the police about that car...i dont know if the police looked for that car or not or found the robber or not...
his co-worker was a female so it scared her pretty bad, she quit her job right there then, poor kid. My son quit about a week later haha...
Im so sick of robberies around here...
Ive been a victim of robbery myself! I lived in an apartment but i was away when it happened! I lost a bunch of valuables! that will never be replaced like my deceased mother's wedding ring, my aunt's silverware etc....oh well.

Pretty Scary!

In my hometown, Mostly High percentage.. Teenagers break-enter-the-house and stolen mostly any kinds item and published the small town newspaper..

First time the most recently few mos ago, and Murder the old man reason "Revenage him becz of the social bar" Ridcouisly The guy who is stupid and attempt the murder in my hometown.. 1st record publish MURDER in my hometown.. (which it's small town)
:ugh: History In my hometown hasn't Crime for likely murder or Robbery or else... NOTHING until now few mos published 1st History "MURDER".
Mostly I've reading about history mostly high percentage "Teenagers always break the law and attempt do sumth'n stupid.." (sigh) Why Can't they do displince their child improprite way?
 
Yeah, When my hearing sister and brother in law told me the time they robbed the same store I went to at 11:30 PM half hour before they were closing, I was there at 11:15 PM. :Ohno: I said OMG! I am so glad I wasn't there at the wrong time. That was a close call!


Thanks so much for sharing your stories here, I hate robberies. They sucks! :nono:
 
my apt/house got broken into 5 times within 10 years while i was living in Wash, DC and Va. I got robbed 3 times and the last one (the3rd one) got me landed in the hospital for 1 month with multiple stab wounds in my upper torso (1987)
 
My father and his lover's apt were broke in. They came home from work and walked to the back room to check the dogs. Turn out their place were robbed. He walked back to the front door and saw his house & car keys were missing. He left it on the door. The robbery were in the house when they got home. The robbery stole the keys from the door. Few months later, their apt were robbed again bec they left the keys on the door before. They fed up and moved. They were so idiots.


I used to work at Friendly's Ice Cream resturant. They had robbed. The safe were taken. The safe were in the back room with the cement all over the safe box that couldnt steal the box but the robbery were smart and break the cement and stole the box. I was closing the store last night, and it happened that night when the store were closing. In a few days later, we (the crews) found out it was our store manager that stole the safe.

speaking of robbery, there was one in greensboro where my brother goes to the college there and just across the street from his apt to a small food store, he heard shots from the store as two guys ran out shooting at somebody in the store as they were holding money in their hands and then ran away as fast as a bolt of lighting in their car but shortly, the cops caught them. Lucky my brother didnt get into the store at that time or anything like that. It's just not a completely safe neigborhood...damn.

Oh Lord, man !!! No way !!!!

It is just one of those things that happened.

Everything happens for a good reason.

There is no excuse for robbery.

I've never been robbed but my fiance has twice. He was getting off from work and going to the ATM (at night) there were 2 black males gunning him for money.. 1 was outside with a gun and the other got into his truck with a gun also. They stole 450 dollars from him. 1 got caught and is in jail. The robber that was in the truck was 18 at the time.

The other one was he was ordering a sub-sandwhich from Subway and went into the bathroom. There were 5 black males that robbed Subway.. My fiance didn't hear what was going on so he came out of the bathroom and a guy pushed him from behind and put a gun to his head. They took about 500 from the cash register and took off. The workers told the robbers that my fiance is deaf cuz they keep talking to him and poking his head with a gun. Nothing was stolen from him. I believe 2 of them got caught.

It was in Montgomery, Alabama

BabyAngel, that has got to be scary!! Montgomery is kinda a dangerous place, ya know.

I dont think so. they were proably wounded or something but I dont think anyone got killed there anyway.
 
I used to work at Burger King back in 89. One nite, it was closing and I went home. About 15 minutes later it was robbed. The guy went to the back door and waited for someone to open the door and bam! Robbery done it. There was an alarm on the back door but since the employer open it and they had to set off the alarm. Damn robbery.
That was in Falmouth, Mass.

There are some few bank robbery near here. I am not sure where.
 
During the robbery at McDonalds there were 4 customers there while two men robbed McDonald's nobody got hurt so pretty much they were saved by Guardian Angels too. I'm glad the cops got there just in time to arrested two robberies. ;) The McDonalds is right down the street from me. :shock:

OMG! While working at Burger King when I was 15 nor 16 years old, We got robbed right in the drive-thru. While I was in the kitchen making sandwiches for the orders. :shock: The cashier end up in tears and shaking like a leaf because she was pointed with a gun at her to demand all the money from the cash register machine. She did do what the robbery wanted her to do. But, the guy wasn't caught in time. I have no idea if he ever was caught weeks or months later. :dunno:
 
Yesterday, there was a robbery at a jewelry store (expensive one) at a very popular mall in middle of daytime...
and N-O-B-O-D-Y did anything outside as they stared at the poor guys inside the store (the store has windows/glass walls so you can see everything inside) being sticked up and forced to give up rolexs and loose diamonds to two dudes that are NOT wearing masks or anything. The cops said it should be easy to catch those two guys but were very disappointed for the patrons outside for not fetching the security or anything.
