Remember I posted a thread while back about my cat, Mosby. Unfortanely we had to give him away...

He attacked my sons, bit my boys in the arms really deep (left punctures), and the last straw that my cat bit my oldest son in the face, the bite was almost near my son's eye. I was just standing there talking to my son, out of nowhere, Mosby just jumped on my son's face, I had to pull him off my son's face. Scared the shit out of me.

The vet said the cat was better off in a better environment but we were able to give him away to a good home. It was sad day, He just turned 7 last May.

I wish all the best to Mosby. He was a great cat, we knew he did not like younger children. We will probably will never get another cat again down the road. Thanks for listening.

My boys were so heartbroken and did not understand why the cat had to go, it happened about two months ago. Now, we have new additional member, a pup, chihuahua. it helped tremendously because the cat was there for both boys' birth to now.. .so having the pup helped, the pup and boys are getting along famously well.

awww I'm very sorry to hear about your cat. :(

I can understand that it's best for her off to new home with good environment.

I'm surprised that the cats attack on the children which it's not normal. I guess something make them feel uncomfortable and more aggressive.

I'm glad that your children are happy with a new dog.

yea, I was surprised that cat did actually ATTACKED!! no idea... boys were always gentle on the cat... they never pulled cat's hair or tail or anything to harm Mosby... I guess the cat was stressed out and more nervous... hmm. I will never figure out why.

I'm so sorry to hear about Mosby and even glad to know your boys will be out of harm's way even if Mosby didn't intend to harm the boys. Animals just cannot describe how they feel so they act them out with or without intent/malice.

I just know your oldest boy will love his "tiny" Dalmation! :)

Awww, sorry to hear about the cat going different place. I can't believe that cat attacked your boys! :-o It's not good...

That little Spot is ADORABLE!! It will be TINY!

wow, spot is soooooo cute...

I am sorry to hear about your cat, it's strange how the cat would attack for no reason.. I wish i could understand cat or dog language then i could understand why the cat or dog did something like that... lol...

Aw :(

I'm sorry to hear about your cat...This is the first time I've ever heard of a cat will attack or bite a child that badly, usually dogs do that more than cats....That's strange!..but I'm glad you did the right thing by placing this cat into another home and making sure your children are safe....

Pretty terrible sorry about your cat already attacked your child...

Your cat best placed another new home...

Gladly you got newest litter another one... Least your children are happy now.. not think about old ones.. :)

Sorry about the cat - at least you were able to place him in a better home evironment and have peace of mind as well, along with a new dog.

I am sorry to hear about your cat. Is your cat every gone outside?? If so your cat may have been attacked by a mean kids so he may have decided to attack your children. That can happened. But I hope he is happy in a new home.

Hugs and glad that you got a new dog. Take good care of it :D

My sister had a dog that attacked her daughter.
She cried and cried on the phone to me when she had to take it to the pound. I felt most bad for my sister.
I tried to help her heart by saying that her main job in life was to protect her child. What if she had not been there?
She felt better realizing that, and it should go for your cat situation as well.

The teacup doggie is darling! I would like to see it next to something recognizable to see how tiny it really is.

I have a Welsh Corgi who lets me know when someone is at the door and I know that theyu make good hearing dogs.
Is my best friend.

Lisa

thats to bad, I remember when spikey got got in the chair stool and i tried to help him get out... i guess he thought i was making it worse and he bit me. But I was known to pull his tail growing up so ... pay back.
