It has over 2 million population combine in area. Alone, over 700,000.

CHULA VISTA. It is part of SD country, ... Chula Vista, National City, Otay Valley, SAn Ysirdo are all San Diego communities RIGHT next to Tijuana...YOu could wave to a Mexican person froma house there... [HOLA!, HELLO!]

So therefore San Diego is the BORDER city in California to Mexico.
