Are you a Muslim?

Then you really do not understand what apostasy means if you keep asking that question again and again. You need to look it up yourself instead of being spoon-fed here.
What religion does a Muslim is supposed to follow? Islam.
Now, if a Muslim abandons that religion then it's called apostasy. In the Muslim example, he/she would become an ex-Muslim because he/she renounced from following Islam and no longer want to be identified as a Muslim.
Got it now?
I hope so.
You still haven't answered my question.
Is it ok to paint a portrait of Mohammad?
I really ... really want to.

No, I understand so perfectly but you won't answer my question about why does ex-Muslims are apostasy?
Then you don't understand. I already answered. Unless you are asking why a Muslim becomes an ex-Muslim?

I hope he has recovered enough to answer my question. You are only person who is deny my question.
I understand so perfectly so no more word about "don't understand".
I don't think that some ex-Muslims are apostasy but some of them still have Islam in their memory.
It is called apostasy when one abandons a religion or don't follow it no more. An ex-Muslim means one who abandoned Islam. It could be that the person decides to become an atheist. Or want to practice Hinduism instead. Or Buddhism.
Ok, Why are you say Ex-Muslims while flip's comment about normal Muslims are refer as good Muslims that don't involve or support terrorist and Islam extremist?

I asked you a question, does that include "good ex-Muslims," and then you went all off tangent on me. "Normal" is a subjective word in the first place.
It means they were once Muslims, but no more. They're called apostates.Ex-Muslims are not really Muslims.
Looks like the moral intended from the story is "The only good Muslim is an ex-Muslim.":P
His group has been to our community twice in the last couple months. They picketed three or four different locations each time--a public high school, churches of various denominations, a military base, and for some odd reason, the downtown sailing club. Go figure.Regardless of his political affiliation, I don't want to be associated with him for the fact he and his followers picket funerals, run sites like godhatesfags.com, godhatesamerica.com, and godhatesweden.com, and in general spread hatred and vitriol. Even if someone was spreading a message I agree with in the way he and his followers do, I would still be opposed to how they spread their message.
Kind of like a good Christian is an ex-Christian? Or a good Buddhist is an ex-Buddhist?
Make up your mind. Or is this a normal thing here?

Can we please drop the apostasy debate? We're going to end up with a locked thread.
