Here is what I got in my e-mail....somebody sent me this which clearly showed me to be a Personality Type A...
Type "A" behaviors include such traits as extreme ambition and competitiveness, impatience, time pressure and a high degree of propensity to anger and hostility.

Results suggested that more Type A individuals engaged in physical exercise to a significant degree and has a more favorable attitude toward competion then Type B individuals.
The overall conclusion is that Type A personalities are superior to type B in competitive situations.

Hahahhaha !!!! I did not need to know that either and that was something I never heard before so I had to do alittle bit of looking around then somebody finally clued me in what a personality A+ is.
