Peanut Butter Clusters​

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine (1 stick)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup peanut butter (plain or chunky)
2 1/2 - 3 cups rolled oats (reg. or quick cooking)

1. Stir together in a pan - sugar, milk, butter.

2. Bring to a full boil for 1 min. Then remove pan from heat.

3. Add vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until smooth.

4. Add rolled oats. Mix well.

5. Cool this mixture until it begins to hold its shape.

6. Drop by tablespoonful onto waxed paper.

7. Cookies harden as they cool.

I've seen that in my cook book and Yes it is very good,. I love Peanut Butter Clusters. They have the same taste when you buy them from Red Wagon farm in the country, They make their fresh. :mrgreen: Thanks for sharing Icedtearulz. :hug:
 
I'd try it but I can't have Peanut Butter anymore...just found out I am allergic to it and I shouldnt eat it...Damn it my fav food
