Well, it just happened.. I don't blame on parents since they just made miskate and I BET they will learn that in their lesson, simple?

We do have our own miskates so we could learn?

I bet there's some miskates that we made are WORSE than theirs?

That's right BUT they did come back to getting their kid... Which it's show that they do care, if they don't come back to getting their kid so we would know that means they are not great parents... That's simple to answer..

One time My husband, my son, our friends with their daugther and I went to 6th Flag. My son and my friends's daugther asked us if they can go a place that they can throw many balls. We stand outside by this place and watched for them to get out. Guess what? My friends's daugther came alone without my son. I was freaking out and realized that my son was missing. I was very upset. I felt like throw up. My husband, my friends with their daugther and I had to search for my son for 15 min. No fun! I wanted to cry. My husband picked his cell phone that his phone was ringing. It was my son. We rushed to 6th flag office to pick my son. All of us learned big mistake. We agree that one of us should go inside with kids and stand by the door and watch.

Should you blame my husband or me ? We were stand very close to this place but there had many people. My son went out from this place by himself. We were so blind that we didnt see him to get out.

I wouldn't blame you, your husband and your friends also for that miskate since you learned your lesson. Same with my mom, she once lost me in the store. I just walked away from my mom to the candy booth when I was only 4 years old and my mom got freak out and looked for me in the store, she thought I am gone or something happen to me, until she saw me running up to her and laugh, she was like don't you dare to do that again! then next day, I end up to having the rope to my mom so she could feel if I walk away since Im deaf and my mom is hearing which it's very diffcult for her to y elling for me becuase I can't hear her you know? Yikes, I don't blame my mom either since Parents do make miskates and will learn from that for next time...
 
at least the staff at the airport found him and took good care of him, and tracked down the parents. At least the kid wasn't abducted by some random stranger who could have seen him roaming around.

it had happened in America for quite a few times. the parents get charged with negligence.

I don't think somebody would dare to abduct a child at airport... not with 100000000 cameras and security guards unless he's wearing mask.

ah.. you're referring to airport incident. I meant that parents have been charged with negligence by "zero tolerance policy" such as.. living a child/baby in car at grocery parking lot for a quick buy or something like that.
 
It appears as though facts are mere side issues anyway. It did happen in America. Check the location of Ottawa and the language from which the word came.

The rest is political and national supposition.
