Here's a letter I just scanned and uploaded. I hope it shows all the words clear for readin'. *Crossin' my fingers*
Try to scan with resolution 300 then resize to maybe 1,200 pixel (height) or 1,024 pixel (height), so that way fonts will be clear but you will have to post it as link, not img otherwise the picture will stretch this topic size.

Thanks guys for compliments and apologizing for long posts, it is hard to squeeze the information into short post.. :(

e, heh yeah I am no better even though I am strict with foods and diet yet I like to eat the hamburgers/french fries from In n' out! :D it is ok to cheat sometimes, we are human after all! ;)

Hi Magatsu & CyberRed,

It's great information....

Please give me time to respond your post soon... :thumb:

I must say again, I'm appreciate very much for your posts... It's real wonderful....

...just because some product is sold as fat-free doesn't mean you can eat it all. There is still sugar, salt and stuff in it that is not good for you. But you still need some fat in your diet to burn some fat. I forgot how that works but that's why a diet with no fat at all is not good for you.

OMG. Look up there. Does that make any sense?! All those rules :-o

North America is obsessed with dieting, fat and weight-loss. Eating shouldn't be this complicated. Our bodies are programmed to know how to do it: just listen to it. You don't need a Phd in Chem ;)

SubWay is excellent for you !! They do serve much more healthier fast food than other restaurant.

I agree that Subway is a good one to go to. :) Wendy's is another one. :)

I am wonderin' if there's a future about makin' ALL restaurants to give people a small size of portions on the plate as a deck of card ? I mean, no more large portions. I believe one day it will happen, if "obesity" keeps risin'. Maybe, they will even cut down the ones like "Buffets" or "All you can eat" restaurants. In my town, I noticed there's LARGE portions on each plate at good deal prices. I went to "Organic" restaurant once a week, if I am too tired cookin' because I work. That "organic" restaurant that I went today... boy, that food was so good and healthy! It was all veggies on Hoagie bread with watercress salad. I avoid eatin' potato salad. It makes me feel good inside, because I don't feel "heavy" after eatin' them.... after eatin' them, I rode on my 10 speed bicycle happily. I just love it !! :thumb:

Man Loses 200 Pounds Old-Fashioned Way

N.J. Man Credits Diet, Exercise For His Transformation

WILLINGBORO, N.J. -- How do you go from heavy to hunk and lose 200 pounds in a little over a year? It may not be as complicated as you think. Willpower paid off for a New Jersey man.

For most of his adult life, Aaron Arnold (pictured, right) felt every bit of his 410 pounds, reported WCAU-TV in Philadelphia. Arnold's waist was 60 inches, and one of his shirts, which was a 6X, barely fit him.

"I was obese, and I was tired of being that heavy, and I had to do something about it," Arnold said. "I was eating a whole pizza by myself. I even ate three Big Macs -- at one time, with a large Coke."

Finally, Arnold had had enough. But he didn't resort to surgery or a fad diet. He lost 200 pounds in a little over a year the old-fashioned way -- with a healthy diet and exercise.

"I did it here at home, in my small apartment, and I did it all by myself," Arnold said.

Arnold didn't ask anybody for advice, and he didn't get a diet from a doctor.

Arnold started out easy by taking walks with his girlfriend, Crystal. Then he gradually built up to strength training.

"For dinner tonight, maybe I might have some hamburger meat. This is my lean beef. It only has 4 ounces, 8 grams of fat. I don't eat the high fat," Arnold said.

Arnold eats a lot of vegetables, protein, pasta, brown rice, chicken and fish. No sugar or alcohol is allowed.

Protein shakes are now a big part of Arnold's diet since he has lost his weight.

"Mostly protein -- 20 grams of protein. There you go. Two scoops. That's 40 grams of protein," Arnold said. "(It) helps me build muscles, lose weight, cut body fat -- (it) does all that."

Arnold takes vitamins, but that is all he takes for supplements. He never took steroids, pills, enhancements or growth hormones.

He hopes to inspire others.

"I try to work out, eat right. I guarantee your weight will come off you. Maybe not as fast as you want it to, but it will come off of you," Arnold said.

Interesting information, Sabrina...

So it got my mom wonder why did government/doctors heavily supported the formula milk? My mom decided to choose different life by researched and rejected then found the ugliest facts you can ever imagine (back in 70's, there aren't enough information on health/foods issues like today) and decided to not trust government on health/foods issues. Boy, I am glad that she did.

I’m total surprised that US doctors didn’t protect the mother milk. The mother's milk is best & good to protect against bacteria, sick, diseases. Well, the nurses forced my 1st son to learn mother milk but my son prefers formula milk. What a sad because I was too ill to breastfed my son for a week, that’s why he used formula milk for a week until I was recovered from ill.

I was breastfed my 2nd son fully for 9 months. I must say how difference between 1st & 2nd sons because my 2nd son got sick very rarely & less problem than 1st son.

That is true but you can get or buy the organic meats from organic-certificated farms where there are absolutely zero of these shittychemicals. I had been eating the organic meats for almost 6 years now, in fact I ate real lots of organic meats and know what? My cholesterol and cardiovascular measurement is so excellent that it baffled my doctor when asked me what kind of diet I ate.

Yes, it’s right.
Accord Germany law, the hormones and antibiotics feed into animals are strictly forbidden since the scandal at several years ago. Every store sells organic meats with certificated farms. Germany refused to accept any meat from oversea, that’s why meats sell expensive.

Concerning about vegetables. If didn't consume the organic vegetables then being vegetarian may not help anyone because of pesticides, herbicides, fertilizer and more that will affect vegetarian greatly more than non-vegetarians. Organic is the key to our health and our future generation.
Recent researches confirmed that there are high measures of pesticides in Americans' bodies... Sweden researches found that consuming the industrial (non-organic) vegetables/fruits will retard the child's chemical growing included brain cells hence why we have shorter and shorter people plus frighteningly faster increasing of premature, child obesities, etc unlikely in the past. In 70's we were taller than Europeans but today, Europeans are taller than us. Scary is it? Really, no matter what kind of diet you are on, consuming which industrial (non-organic) and organic foods makes a huge difference in our bodies, believe it or not. Millions of researches confirmed the difference. To some people who don't know what "organic" means, it means absolute no industrial chemicals, it is pure old-fashioned farming method like medieval time or older than that.

Well, rich fibers nutrition protects against intestine cancer. Daily 35g fibers are good included fruits and vegetables, kinds of whole-wheat, rye breads eg except white breads), also green tea, too to protect against lungs, Prostate and breast cancer, but not meats.

Yes, I’m agree that Meat is one of the best iron suppliers for our body but we need Vitamin C & more vitamins is included fruits & vegetables. We need vegetables & fruits to keep our body healthy. It’s unhealthy to eat meats EVERYDAY.

The Nourishing Scientists discovered that we (humans) need vitamins, Protein and mineral materials mainly to cover vegetable foods, also fruits, Grains. Meat should be eaten only once to twice per week.

The carbohydrates & high fiber are also important to our body, too, which it’s energy. There’re healthy carbohydrates are for example dried fruits, fruit juices, and all products made of full grain/wheat flour.

My mom told me many times that the key is to be so healthy by do what our Ancestors do. It means, eat more organic meats, more organic fats and less Vegetables, fruits and grains. Look at our ancestors back in medieval time or older; their bones are incredibly strong, far strong than us. If I hit you with a wooden bat, you will knock out for several hours or longer but as for these ancestors, if I hit them and they will shrug off my hit with bit or no dizzy. Archaeologists proved that as well by looking into our Ancestors’ bones. We will not be here if ancestors changed their diet to Vegetarians, fruitarians, vegan etc diets or "America" diet as well. There Are many tests by Sweden, Germany, and Europe etc that found vegetarians could not live longer in wilderness compare to meat eaters like ancestors can do.

Sorry, I’m disagree because vegetables/fruits are the most important to protect against cancers. As far as I know that we should eat meat once to twice a week. Germany support vegetables & fruits fully because of cancer. As I know if you eat a lot of meat then it could cause cancer.

To parents who have the children, read the articles about children diet at http://www.westonaprice.org/children/children.html and be prepare for shocking proofs about what did America foods/vegetarian diets impact on your kids. Do you know that in America, it is against the law for mothers to not feed the milk to kids? Oh more about raw and real milk at http://www.realmilk.com as well, read it and I drink lots of raw/real milk and it affect me nothing but lots of health benefits. Good luck.

Interesting, yes the raw milk is legal here in Germany. Yes, I know that raw milk is healthier. I used to buy raw milk from farmer for our children. I must heated raw milk up to 70 degrees to rid of bacteria until I realized that pasteurized milk is more clean & safe than raw milk so I changed from raw milk to pasteurized milk with 3,8 fat because of children’s safety. I learned from the newspaper that it affect 5 years old girl through those raw milk which her mother did heated them. That’s why it put me off. I prefer to buy any milk from store because it’s more safety.
Well, drink pasteurized milk is most important is calcium because of bones & teeth but you can compare more vitamins & protein with fresh meats, fresh or freezing vegetables, dairy products.
My 17 ½ years old Sussi, cat loves pasteurized milk 3,8% fat & cream milk. She have full of teeth & good eyes. The Vet is total surprised after examined my cat. They asked me for feedback how we take care of her because she’s healthy.

For example, I was a strict vegetarian and I absolutely regretted my decision. I lost my good 35 lbs of muscles that I worked hard for two years and become sick and weak. The fact is (proved by Sweden researches) that any vegetarians cannot have muscular bodies or well-structured bodies due to several missing important amino acids and important hormones, HGH a.k.a. Human Growth Hormones, IGF a.k.a. Insulin-like Growth Factor. HGH or IGF cannot manufacture in our bodies without these specific amino acids from only meats, it cannot be obtain from vegetables, grains or fruits. Sweden had a group test on non-vegetarian and vegetarian diet for children, it was astounding test because kids could not grow properly who lives on vegetarian diet like weight, bone structure, bone marrow thickness, lack of secondary muscles (very very important. spinal muscles are part of "secondary muscles", if not enough or weak secondary muscles, it will be nightmare for anyone who wants to play the sports or physical activities) and more unlikely on kids who consumed meat diets. That's why Sweden government has some consideration about ban the vegetarian/vegan/fruitarian diets because when vegetarian diets were introduced to Sweden culture and numbers of health problems suddenly increase. You know, Sweden hospitals are free so they could not afford to give the service if their health problems increase skyrocketed so they have been consider banning these diets completely. Sweden diet is considering as near-perfection diet because of heavy meats and fats, they rarely have the diseases like Americans do.

Yes, true that you eat only vegetables is no good because we need meats to strength our body. I remember the 2 years old daughter were killed by vegetarian parents who fed her with vegetables for 2 years. Her body & muscles are very weak & have no iron. The newspapers spread out about them.
I would not take Atkins diet to use only protein. It’s bad healthy to use only protein. That’s why I take both carbohydrates & Proteins in TrennKost diet (Combing diet) because I know the both are important.
