No subtitles on Perfect Dark Zero?

I dont understand...I thought Rare would never release a game out without subtitles first. :confused:

in every Rare game, there are always subtitles showing, but now in Xbox360, Perfect Dark Zero, doesn't appear to have any subtitles showing when characters are speaking or a story narrorator, etc...

what's the fuck is wrong with Rare?
 
Did you go through the settings and options? It might be in there somewhere.
 
It's because Rare rush up to meet the deadline on during XBox 360 launch's date.

If that's the case, perhaps a newer version will be released in the near future. :dunno:

Yeah I did and there were no settings on subtitles or anything related to it.

not likely.

even Kameo : Elments of Power isn't fully subtitled either.

In perfect dark zero, parts of the game will be subtitled where after you complete a mission and you are up to the next mission, there will be people talking in the background while you look at pictures and plans and other things there.

Rare should be more careful from now since there would be even more pissed off deaf gamers demanding for subtitles as they did with Capcom and Capcom finally showed off some subtitles in the games such as haunting ground, resident evil : dead aim, and afew others.

that's true, but it's no excuse to skip the subtitles which would offend the deaf gamers tryin to understand what's going on in the game.

Then play Perfect Dark on N64. Forget XBox 360. :D
 
because the game's over 5 years old and I've played it before.
 
Oh SHIT that reminds me of another infamous xbox launch fuck-up without subtitles and that was Halo 1!

Bungie totally forgot to subtitle Halo 1 because they were pressed for time to get Halo 1 in time for the original xbox's launch way back in 2001.

Now history repeats again with another M$ developer (Rare) forgetting to throw the subtitles on a xbox360 launch game.....

But then steel if I were ya, I wud send a request to Rare to ask for a subtitle patch to be made on the xbox Live Marketplace for u to dl and patch it up when u get a HDD for ur core xbox360.
 
no subtitle? :mad2: oh well. perfect dark zero on n64? mm.. oh yeah i played before, it almost like 007 game it cool!.. :)

I concur. That is why I plan to get PS3 because they will have more time on development.
 
just beat PDZ today...it's quite an interesting game. for those who have an Xbox360 or plans to get an Xbox360, PDZ is a must own. :thumb:

One of the best FPS games on Xbox360 yet.
