I am watching tv and most people on tv are good looking. Even on soap opera, husband is cute and wife is pretty.... I don't see any overweight or ugly people on soap opera, and all the men aren't bald.... All got perfect hair. I don't understand why beauty is so important on tv.....

I guess that is why in our society many ugly people lack confidence.

I am a size 12 but I am happy with it and its also because I had 2 babies/ Its not a womans fault that they gain weight during pregnancy. Every woman's body is different! I want a partner to Love me for who I am and not care what I look like!

I don't care what a man looks like as long as he have a great personality, a sense of humor, intelligent, and just treat me a princess like a lady should be!

Anyways to answer Miss P's question....marriage is not just all about sex...it have to be Love and make things work. It's not easy but it takes 2 to make things work. It's not just for married people but unmarried and divorced couples also...same sex or not....we deserve to be happy!

I agree with AJ, Miss P. Those people you mentioned are part of Hollywood, and they are made up to look like that since they are being seen by MILLIONS of people on TV and on the movies, and even out in public like the Academy Awards.

Nobody has to live with that.... You know what why don't you go sit with that 600 pounds woman who smell so bad and live with it. Oh why not move in with that lady and sleep with her?
If I was that 600 pounds lady I would be ashame, I would do whatever to lose weight and take bath.... So that I have some dignity and be consider of others.
Being fat isn't a disability.... I can understand if person with no arms... They can't help the way they look....

anyway, back to the topic, I don't think appearance is the answer to marriage and two people SHOULD love eachother no matter what...even if a 190 lb woman marries a 300 lb man (which does literally happens) and they just got married cause they love eachother as crazy, then what's wrong with that? it's just...love. love doesn't show you appearance or size or anything like that...loves shows care, loyality and trust.
