New evidence on Zimmerman's case

Unfortunately that is too true today. People are losing their moral values a lot
today and do not care about the harm they cause other people loves one .
I feel real bad for Martin's parents , first they lose their son and now they have watch his character get assassinated by a cold blooded killer.

While I can agree with this premise, I don't think anyone believes Zimmerman set out to kill him. Seriously, who would invite the cops to such a venture? And, to time when the cops would get there would take mental telepathy, impossible by today's science standards. While Zimmerman might have been prepared to kill someone, I don't believe he set out to do so.

Think about it, while you might want to kill the person who is trying to rob you, any rationalization defeats that thought. You need to be in an irrational situation for that to happen, and that situation, IMO, did occur.

That why he got charged with second degree murder because the murder wasn't premeditated, however I thought he will charged with manslaughter so DA went with more serious, second degree murder.

Have the prosecutors released the recording of their interview with Treyvon's girlfriend?

I have a question if I were juror, how many cops and investigators were on site at the moment of report? Why I would ask? If there is only a cop present for say 10 minutes, my next question would be who is this cop? Any relationship to the victim(s)? But if say 5 showed up within a minute of time frame and they all were from different departments then I would believe there is no gun found and none of them hide from ears of justice. This is just an example what I am talking about on fair trial.

that's not your job. that's prosecutor's and lawyer's jobs.

Can the prosecutor prove that Zimmerman was looking for a fight? I don't fucking think so.

and can his lawyer defend that Zimmerman wasn't looking for a fight when it was easily avoidable in the first place?

Too easy for the defense to answer your question. For example, if you are looking at a person anywhere like in a subway or bus, does that mean you look for a fight?

When the defense team has it, maybe they will let us know or it will be only mentioned in a court. If not, that means the girlfriend has no testimony.

Trayvon's family and a few members of AD believe so.

But the prosecutors had a press conference claiming they had interviewed her and it would clearly indicate Zimmerman is guilty of murder.

If they made that up ....

Not really, the decision is UP to the jurors, not prosecutor or lawyer.

That's news to me!...Must have missed it...

George Zimmerman sues NBC and reporters

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — George Zimmerman sued NBC on Thursday, claiming he was defamed when the network edited his 911 call to police after the shooting of Trayvon Martin to make it sound like he was racist.

The former neighborhood watch volunteer filed the lawsuit seeking an undisclosed amount of money in Seminole County, outside Orlando. Also named in the complaint were three reporters covering the story for NBC or an NBC-owned television station.

The complaint said the airing of the edited call has inflicted emotional distress on Zimmerman, making him fear for his life and causing him to suffer nausea, insomnia and anxiety.

The lawsuit claims NBC edited his phone call to a dispatcher last February. In the call, Zimmerman describes following Martin in the gated community where he lived, just moments before he fatally shot the 17-year-old teen during a confrontation.

"NBC saw the death of Trayvon Martin not as a tragedy but as an opportunity to increase ratings, and so set about to create a myth that George Zimmerman was a racist and predatory villain," the lawsuit claims.

NBC spokeswoman Kathy Kelly-Brown didn't immediately return a phone call. Three employees of the network or its Miami affiliate lost their jobs because of the changes.

Zimmerman is charged with second-degree murder but has pleaded not guilty, claiming self-defense under Florida's "stand your ground law."

The call viewers heard was trimmed to suggest that Zimmerman volunteered to police, with no prompting, that Martin was black: "This guy looks like he's up to no good. He looks black."

But the portion of the tape that was deleted had the 911 dispatcher asking Zimmerman if the person who had raised his suspicion was "black, white or Hispanic," to which Zimmerman responded, "He looks black."

when you report a suspicious activity to a cop and also state that you're very afraid plus he's got something in his hands... however.... that suspicious person ended up dead with nothing but Arizona iced tea and a bag of skittle.

what does it mean? Charles Bronson wannabe.

go ahead and post all the stuff you want - links, pix, report card, etc. Prosecutors do not have to even try hard to indict him. All I see is defense team delaying it, spinning it with facebook, talk shows, etc. and talking too much. But nothing can ever justify Zimmerman's use of "Stand Your Ground".

very simple -

1. was your life in imminent danger at the time of 911 calling? NO
2. did you witness any crime he has committed? NO
3. are you a police officer or similar? NO

SYG only and specifically applies to a situation where you are in imminent danger such as robbery, assault, etc. It does not give you a license to kill if you invite yourself to harm.

What about getting your head slammed in the pavement? Your nose broken?

Trayvon's rights to "Stand Your Ground" because of a hostile armed guy approaching him.

It's impossible to justify SYG when you end up far away from your own vehicle. impossible. impossible. impossible. therefore there is no "new evidence" in this case.

Just to be clear. Are you saying GZ will lose a SYG hearing or that he will be convicted of 2nd Degree Murder? Or both?

Sorry but your question's not very cleared. Are you asking me a question because your question sounds like it just answered itself.
