New evidence on Zimmerman's case

When is the prosecution team going to release the recording of their interview with Treyvon's girlfriend?

I am speaking for the court procedure itself. Anyone can blame on anyone and to prove the blame is legit, having only one person decide is the worst trial anyone can have. Would you want District Attorney to have judge agree that he/she is right every time and ignoring defendant right on chance to prove innocent? That is the purpose why we have juror, give them chance to hear both sides and decide which side is clear of any doubt.

There will never be justice in this case. If Zimmerman is found guilty will not bring back Martin . There would never would had been a case if Zimmerman had not gone looking for a fight and there is nothing you can say or do to made me feel difference!
 
Are you so sure? The way you sounded like is you have determined who is guilty and who is not, without going though all the facts first. Is that what you wanted to sounded like to the rest of us?

Can the prosecutor prove that Zimmerman was looking for a fight? I don't fucking think so.
 
That is what I am trying to tell WDYS!

I have not yet on agree to whoever is guilty or not. Even not disagreeing to anything. The only thing that I disagree is that determination of guilty based on just what one hear from these medias.

As I have stated before and I honestly believe, this is a case were two good people, with the best of intentions, took things too far. And, the road to hell is paved with good intentions, unfortunately. In both cases, each sought to protect himself.
 
This is very good possibility, I have seen two sides misunderstand each other and started fight with each other without realize that misunderstand occurs. If this is what really had happen, then NEITHER of them are guilty or not guilty and justice stand nothing to be served (That is, there is nothing that justice can do).

Now, there is another case here in Jacksonville...a man shot into a SUV 8 or 9 times, killing a 17 yr. old because of "loud music".....the Public is and was outraged....already saying and screming "he is guilty"!....but...the man says there was a shotgun pointed at him...he felt threatened...so he shot up the SUV

And to top it all off....once the man shot up the SUV...one of the teens took off....then came back later....and when the Police searched the SUV...no shotgun was found.....

The man is on trial for his life....and we will not ever know if indeed there was a Shotgun in that SUV....

Dunn and George Zimmerman are totally different situation.

Dunn already got arrested right after shoot at SUV and killed one teen for no excusable reason, so the teen wasn't attack at Dunn and his life wasn't threaten, despite about his claim, so SYG won't cover on Dunn's case, so he is on charged with murder and attempted murder, that's more harsher than Zimmerman. It is obviously that Dunn wants to claim the shotgun as excuse and try to get case dismissed based on SYG, however the court will not take his truth, unless police officer has to find a real shotgun, but they didn't.

The question about SYG on Zimmerman's case is disputed and there are some lawmakers said that SYG should not apply to Zimmerman, but there are some people said SYG does indeed apply to Zimmerman, so it is up to judge to say. Zimmerman was injured after got in attack with Trayvon, especially broken nose and bleeding on head, but for Dunn, there are zero injuries on himself.

Zimmerman's case happens to be on private property, the residential area, but Dunn's case happens in public area.

The two aren't getting mixed up.
 
That may, in fact, be the case at trial, but I doubt it. There is too much politics involved in this case. The fallout thus far has already affected the jobs of multiple people and will continue to do so. More over, each side has been wronged and each side is going to have to pay, Martin with his life and Zimmerman with his, sadly.
 
The judge allows the defense team to collect Trayvon's school records to prove that he was a bad boy while his family said that he was a good boy. So wait and see...
 
If I was on the jury, I might be concerned about the vandalism, but not the truancy or the pot use. However, if he had been arrested for robbery or breaking and entering, home invasion, etc it might change the game.

No, I don't think that's what they are looking for. I think that they want to prove that he was a "gangster-style" guy who beat up people for whatever reason so they want to see what his records show.

George Zimmerman’s History of Violence

George Zimmerman is no boy scout! He lost a job because of this bad temper and when after a cop. George Zimmerman did not know Martin's history when he was staking him. Martin's history should nothing to do with case. Martin's history is irrelevance to the case.

If Trayvon's school record shows that he beat up anyone (student, staff, school bus driver), then the defense can prove that Zimmerman was not lying about being beat up by him so it would be relevant to the case. That's why the judge allowed it. If you don't like it, then tell the judge.

I'm not sure that this the case any longer. Yes, in he past, there were strict rules to only focus on the case a hand, but I believed that has changed, character assassination is much more prevalent today.

Unfortunately that is too true today. People are losing their moral values a lot
today and do not care about the harm they cause other people loves one .
I feel real bad for Martin's parents , first they lose their son and now they have watch his character get assassinated by a cold blooded killer.

If there is anything that comes out about Trayvon's activities in court, that would be Trayvon's fault and no one else's.
