I agree with you, Shel. Joke or no Joke, it is still a violence, even with beating up with each other. That is not healthy and the police car should be there if the violence show. I don't know if someone had report the beating to the police.. If ignored, Is it because they are black people. I don't know how old the video was. I am really sad to see what they do and did it in front of the children. Shame! :(
