When open the xbox 360 box and looks for insurance paper, then sign up and mail it. It would cost extra to protect xbox 360.

Actually, only one store does accept with unlimted days is Wal-mart. I know I heard people doing that. One guy has DS system and been for 1 year and half. One day it died and decided to exchange at wal-mart without a recpiet. It is successful. He didn't original bought it from wal-mart, it was from Toys r us.

I know but for purchase at Best Buy for about limited 30 days to get exchange or refund, then after 30 days then toobad but just mail the xbox 360 to Microsoft for repair then send back to them.

Oh yeah i know what u talking about. That's for pyshical damaged like drop the system the floor and damaged or in the water. But, his system was overheating damaged. So one year warrenty does cover it. After one year warrenty expired, and then use ms insurance that covers EVERYTHING.

Thats correct but he has a BESTBUY replacement plan ( i think 3 year or 4 year plan)Which means he can replace it anytime he wants within 3 to 4 years. I think the replacement plan costs 40 bucks or something. It is good deal than MS insurance.

Fuck to Circuit City... I just not completely satisfy with xbox 360 then tried get refund at Circuit City but I have recpiet and kept xbox 360 after 60 days then they don't accept to get refund. I just already sell at EBgames then get money back to me.

Circuit city sucks.. I only go to eb, gamestop, or best buy store.

Yea but other 3 stores are out of stock for long time and plenty of xbox 360 at Circuit City.

I would not say Circuit City sucks. I never see EB or Gamestop to give good deal like 10 dollars off. Circuit City had three games 10 dollars off, Battlefield 2, Outfit, and I cant remmy what other game is.

Look at advertising from sunday newspaper.

I would not compare with all stores.

Depends on good price and sales.

I like EB or gamestop but games never go down like circuit city or best buy or other stores like target.

I am sorry of what happens that you can't get refund from C.C. You can't refund for playing open box of games. But machine that you can't get refund. I thought most stores would give refund. You got to follow store's policy. It happened to me few times that I was not thinking and miss too many days to return. Best buy and EB did same thing to me. Just be wise that don't miss deadline to return.

I know that is sucks!

I cant get things refund but i sell it on ebay. I get more profit what I spend at store..

What an idiot buying my things at ebay is more expensive but nice to have little money profit!

So I can buy new game. LOL

Not video game, I means game console... Game console can be refund at Circuit City before 14 days or 30 days but I'm too late than that.

I got a PS2 that's a 2002 model and it still works fine, it's the orginal one and never replaced it due to any problems.

I think anyone who have problems with console which they don't keep in good environment. Too much dust will cause your console problem. Keep it clean weekly. Put cd correctly placed. Keep out of your kids and pets. Your console pulled out from your wired controller. AND take easy on your console when you get mad. LOL That's happens when your console start to have problem.

I do have problem with those kind of situation. I realized and what I have to do to keep consoles perfect. I know it can't be perfect. Just take easy on game consoles. No matter whats, PS1, PS2, Xbox, GC, PC, 360.

I am worry about PS3 that crashed on E3 show. How embarassing is that?

Why don't you google about "PS3 crashed".

That's fact. I see it on video!

The PS3 that crashed at the E3 might be buggy, who knows. Remember that Windows 98 and Vista crashed at the convention few years ago? That was funny as hell!
