Yes most Kings and Queens´ adult children wear shorts, exit a vehicle or plane but I cannot remember either Kings and Queens did wear shorts, exit a vehicle or plane but I do remember that some of them wear shorts to the public. I assume that they get out of vehicle or plane to make shopping spree or whatever... :dunno2:

Is your vacation beginning in home or at arrival or at beach? Me - I say if you dont believe in resurrection then dont stand in my way Friday at 5:00. In other words its time for my day to be over. I do not care if my neighbors see me in work duds nor do I care if my coworkers see me exiting my car Monday morning in civies.
Nope I am not famous (not even in my own mind) but I think your own time is just that. The press is never happy with the attire of others.

I didn´t see any pictures of them wearing shorts, as they get out of vehicle or plane but often saw public pictures of them, wearing shorts everywhere... like shopping, beach, swimming, Hotel, etc. The public pictures, I saw mostly is they wear bikini on the beach or boat...

yes but the point of this news is that it's first time in history for First Lady to wear shorts when exiting Air Force One. It surely did raise reporter's eyebrows. Some people are criticizing her for not dressing accordingly.... some are more accepting about it.

I often saw the picture of European Kings and Queens & their children including Princess Diana wear bikini and shorts... I mean VERY often...

One big difference between European royalty and American Presidents--Europeans are stuck with their royals, and Americans choose their Presidents.

So, I don't know what Euro royalty has to do with what the Obamas wear. :dunno:

I guarantee there are offended people that saw her with shorts. I just haven't tracked them down with links and graphs to display the percentages.
Anyhow, it seems that the people that disapprove of her wearing shorts are the same people that are criticizing Obama. Coincidence? That is why I meant about beating the dead horse. No matter what topic, there is the same group divide; same people on the "for" and "against" sides. So it goes.
 
Mrs Obama wears shorts on vacation with her children. She's on vacation with her children. Not walking right out of he Air Force one, and even so, she's on vacation. Give her a break. :)
 
At least the Obamas aren't being criticized for taking a vacation. Every time the Bush family went anywhere for vacation they got blasted by the left.

Cindy McCain got criticized for everything she wore, and Sarah Palin gets criticized for her appearance.
