Does anyone know any good movies that stars deaf actors or use alot of ASL in them? Thanks,
Daniel

These are few and far between. Children of a Lesser god is the only one I can even think of off the top of my head that even comes close to what you’re describing, and even that movie does not have a really substantial amount of ASL dialogue.

There is ONLY one Real die-hard ASL movie
I've ever seen in my life: "Think Me Nothing"
It was the BEST ASL movie produced by
a deaf guy Peter Wolf in California !!!!!

Even though it does NOT have a good plot story,
but it was the BEST movie showing the
REAL Deaf culture and real ASL,
all deaf actors/actresses in the movie...
I love that movie and its humor
making me laugh ...

P.S. It was shown in a private movie theatre
(the audience was very full of all deafies for 2 days !!)
when I used to live near Chicago years ago..
but I hope that Pete Wolf
would bring that movie back again somehow... ?

Wonder if u ever seen this particular movie ?

NOTE: I am NOT interested in any movies
produced by hearing people. I hope to find
more movies produced by Deaf people
in the future ONLY because I want to see
more deaf people expressing/describing themselves
etc etc

Other than ASL in Children of Lesser God, there were a few foreign films with sign language.

Beyond the Silence (a German film with a few American actors) was EXCELLENT! And that French film ..I cant recall the name of it at this moment.
