i am on medicare and medicaid.. i dont pay co-pays for anything.. dr visits .. none?? but cant use mediciad for dentist. some tests at eye dr yes will pay but not fully.. though ..

the only thing i pay co-pay is for medications as they have new program about time .. $1, $3, $5 and $7 depend on brand names. for my medicines i pay $4 a month .. so it does save me money if it was not for the medicine program- i wouldnt be able to get them as the medicines are expensive! ugh!
 
I believe it's child abuse, period! That poor child, I hope from now on, he'll recieve quality health & dental care through foster system.

You're wrong! Coming from Work company who pay coverage cost "prepaid itself" If suppose you want room private depends Company can afford to pay you or not.. their own policy follow.. Like Everyone are worry free as no stress about anything in case emergency which ready health care!
Canada system doesn't simlair alike usa system due their pocket expense own cost payments direct to health insurance or medicare wha..ever..

Other thing... Densit will not accepted Health Card coverage peroid!!!
You have to pay your own expense... Depend work company can pay you denist coverage cost likely example:
Company pay 80% and you pay own pocket 20% that is it.

I understand about your feeling but I made mistake.

We have dental insurance that paid in full coverage. :)

Yes I asked the same questions as you in my previous post (pages 3) because I never seen in my life that poor or unemploy people are being treat different as workers.

Here in Germany, we treat the equal, no matter what... If they want something more (want to have own room in hosptial, want only professor to do for them etc... then insure plus insurance (sort of private insurance).

Canadan system is almost same as in Germany. No, it's not free medical...

Here in Germany, I pay health insurance and my employer pay part health insurance for me. Social insurances take off from my monthly wage.

Dental cover, therapies, visit doctors, surgery, CI, etc. are all including on every same public health insurances except Beauty comestic surgery. Depend on difference % on different insurance companies. It's also including for family (including adult and children) as well. We (adult) only paid 10 EUR per quarterly for doctor fee - for children free.

If anyone who are non-employees, etc recieve the same equal as employees.

Everyone who earn more than 4,000 EUR per month then insure private insurance, not public health insurance.

After surgery, stay in the hospital cost 11 EUR a day... If a patient is not fault who cause the car or work accidents but other driver's or employer's insurance have to cover the costs including 11 EUR for patient. Free for mothers and newbirths.

Dental care - including health insurance except teeth tranplant and crown.

Public health insurance pays 80% after 6 weeks sick leave for employee. Before 6 weeks, employer pays.

Glasses for children only until 18 years old is also include public heath insurance as well. They cut glasses for adult off in health benefit at 2 years ago.

Wow.. Same as Canada does have extact Germany...

Meaning strong encomnies as well... as balance for everyone!
 
I agree. It's not exactly child abuse, but also parental neglect. That's how I became deaf.
 
We do not know real story here that is why I vote dont know. My neice had hard time to pay dentist for my great nephew, he has bad teeth. Always need to fix them. Not neglect because where they used to live, the water is not cholride alike in cities do have them. She is not qualify for medical or in Idaho wehre they live now. Her husband did not adopt him yet so which it made diffiuclt with VA to cover him. So recently she finally took him to dentist, oh boy very expensive. U think dentist is cheap, hell no way. I know I paid my sons teeth without dental insurance. Most of time I spend thousands dollars on them. Now they are on their own, one of do not have dental benefit yet.

Dental Insurance suck, they pay little and we pay more. Not worth it.

Now u know I want all universal health care and dental benefit for all of people,

Please read the poll.. Its about question either it´s child abuse or not... I vote no because it´s not child abuse but neglect child´s medical care...

I did vote don't know for one I am not there to see real reason behind door. U know there is so many places in America, esp in south America, they do not have dentist at all and u should see their teeths. Many of them come here illegal and oh boy I feel bad for them.
 
and no fluoride in the water too.. as they are poor and very under developed country. i felt bad for those too.. :(
