****Well, actually, when we are weaned from Mother's milk, we are NOT ( :nono: ) supposed to be drinking cow's milk but it is custom nowdays as milk are everywhere.... :-o I used to drink whole milk with ex-hubby as he told me it was healthier then I learned whole milk has alot of fat so I slowly switched to 2%, then 1%, and now I drink skim milk. I also drink soy milk (have tried various brand) and the best brand I have tasted so far is "8th Continent" soy milk that comes in chocolate and vanilla flavor.

HOOD milk is not safe because it contains rBGH. This company broke its promise to eliminate the rBGH because of the profit.

The best way for you to purchase organic milk, soy milk, and rice milk. For organic milk, make sure that it has a label that says organic.

I understand that some of these milk can be expensive, but it is more important that your health comes first in order to drink the right one.

I agree with you but pasteurized and homogenized is quite dangerous to our health as well... raw pasture-feed/organic cow milk is the 'God-blessed' honey.

I am not sure about raw milk, but after pasteurized, the nutritions are gone unfortunately. I guess that we should drink raw milk because we need the nutritions in our body.

(Off subject: I really love raw cheeses...)
