I don't think the defense presents evidence. I think they have to impeach the testimony of the prosecution witnesses and the prosecutors evidence. "If the glove don't fit, you must aquit!"

Juries will certainly frown on defendants who pull off shit like ol' weirdo jacko has been doing during his trial (being late, questionable back injury, wearing pajamas, doing weird stuff in court). There has been stories of other defendants singing in the courtroom, yelling at the judge and jury, and countless stuff that could be considered risque. The Jury will take in account of the defendant's behavior in the courtroom along with evidence and witnesses when they determine guilt or innonence.

Weirdo Jacko's problems started to snowball once he opened his mouth during the filming of the ABC documentary special. That gave the prosecutors a shot at Jackson since rumors of that m-word started circulating around.

So, weirdo jacko has to face the music like a normal person. The long arm of law does apply to him no matter how much he got stuffed in his pockets!

you mean the m-word as in masturbation? i was watching the CNN news (i call it Chicken Noodle Network as a joke) that while the testimony of that young boy, he mentioned something about masturbation. I will check online and find accurate info that involved masturbation from the testimony. also the testimony also mentioned about "jesus juice" what the heck is that?? i will update you on that soon with link from one of the website.

MJ was black! he didnt made himself white, he had skin disease called Vitiligo. Vitiligo was a disease that there was a loss of pigment cells that keeps the color. here the link for more details about the disease:

One of other the case who tries to lawsuit againist jacko but the won case... few years later, Btw now another case "Cancer Boy but his parent want file againist him being molestation his son" Is that they want smell Jacko's money too?

There's talk of a possible competency hearing somewhere along the line. Personally, I'm surprised it hasn't been raised before. Especially, since they claim he has the mind of a child, and doesn't understand complexities. Crap. You make that kind of an assertion about a 45 yr old, you better set him up for a competency hearing! :eek2:

and now MJ is always trying to find ways to avoid being in court, because he's a sissy and won't face against the man of the law! because it seems obvious that he is gonna lose and would face charges against those kind of stuff and would be in prison for a very lllllllllloooonnngggg time.

actually, I kind of want that to happen...because he deserves it.

I would never let anyone get away like that if someone was fooling around with my own kids like that.
