MCain's homes

let's see if he knows it while he runs for for President. :laugh2: We both know it's extremely hectic, tiring, and mentally-straining. I'm sure he knew how many houses he owned before he ran for President.

How about a conspiracy theory for you - Since McCain was one of the few driving forces (as a member of Senator Committee) to investigate insidious matters within Bush Administration and wars.... what's the better way to keep his nose out? yes... yes... the Presidential Race! :-o

Being President is extremely hectic, tiring, and mentally straining. If you can't handle it during the campaign process, chances are you can't handle the strain of being in office either.

And if he knew it prior to beginning his campaign, and has since "forgotten", it leads me to suspect that he is having some short term memory problems. Not exactly a desirable condition in a Presidential candidate. Of course, the other excuse could be that he is simply attempting to conceal inforamtion wchich reflects on his level of honesty. Either way, makes one wonder.

um... there are things that are important and unimportant. How many homes he owns is hardly important. So trivial that it's probably at the very bottom of his list. There are more pressing issues on the table.... you should be able to understand that. interesting that you said President is extremely hectic, tiring, and mentally straining. I wonder how can you do that if you're going to be a nitpicker on every details inside enormous agencies.

Stop trying so hard. You already lost long time ago. Reba, many management experts, and I just showed you how effective management works. Just sit down and be quiet like a good student <pat on your head> :cool2:

You and Reba just explained one part of management.

Reba , a management espert? I thought she was truly a Christian but I guess I was wrong on this one.

Once again, it may be unimportant to you, but to the many voters who have had their homes foreclosed on in the past year due to the sad state of the economy, it is very important. Perhaps the only reason it isn't important to you is that you have not yet become a home owner.

What many management experts? I haven't seen a single one on this forum.:dunno: And you have just explained your problem very concisely...you fancy yourself being able to teach that which you don't even know!:giggle:

Yes many more are going to lose home still. I keep send those awful letters to those homeowners who may lose their home.I already lost one customer last week after they live in that house for many years. Now the house is vacant and it will be vacant for long time. so sad.

I'm not a management "expert" but what does that have to do with being a Christian???

Managers are in an organization to manage human and material resources.

Technicians and other specialists are in an organization to pay attention to the details.

They are each important within their organizations but they have separate responsibilities.

Maybe they are too busy managing their big projects instead of nit picking posts at this forum.

"Many management experts" = from the books and any reading sources you can find. Reba and I are merely stating the age-old wisdom of effective managements.

And again, you are making your difficulty extremely obvious.

i'm.... not sure what you're saying. come again? are you refuting the old wisdom? that's interesting. "TO BE AN EFFECTIVE LEADER... HE/SHE MUST BE NITPICKY!"

It is very sad. Especially when you are talking about someone who has paid 15 or so years into a 30 year mortgage, and loose their investment as they approach retirement age.

I wonder if MCain knows how many homeowners have had their property foreclosed on?

There it is again...you not only don't understand what I am saying, you don't understand the implication of what you are saying.

Reba has a very extensive background; check it out if you have forgotten.

interesting comment from some forum

Obama has gotten desperate… how can we tell? His campaign is slamming McCain for owning multiple homes.

John McCain apparently owns seven properties, worth approximately seventeen million dollars. Since none of these are in foreclosure this apparently disqualifies McCain for the White House.

Somehow, a wealthy politician is HUGE news to the Democrats and they are running all over the country now filming their opinions on McCain’s home ownership in front of foreclosure signs etc as if to show that McCain can’t run the country because he’s not hit by the house crunch.

Comparing and contrasting a wealthy politician to Joe Factory Worker and his over extended mortgage is beyond pathetic. If being a wealthy politician that owns a handful of homes and other realty makes you unfit to lead, then I have news for Presidential hopefuls out there. YOU LOSE.

I hope Obama doesn’t want his realty dealings with Rezko brought up… but then again. He opened that can of worms himself.

Really… if electing a President comes down to something as petty and childish as this, we’re BEYOND screwed.
