I love this show! Those people really inspired me. I felt so sad that Mike had to go 'home'. Here is info on Mike's death:
Mike Detjen — Matt's business partner, a close family friend, and soccer coach appears on most episodes. Matt sometimes puts Mike in charge when he is away so the farm chores get completed. Amy took care of Mike after the accident that injured Mike and Jacob. On June 5, 2008, the Roloffs announced that Mike had passed away while undergoing an emergency operation to repair a torn aorta. :( RIP MIKE! You will be MISSED on the show!

The show will return on October 13. :hyper:
 
When happen Mike passed away? :confused: What is torn aorta?? :(:(
 
I have watched that reality show briefly - it seemed very interesting.

I just don't like reality shows at all.
 
My husband and I love to watch Little People, Big World. I am sorry that Mike passed away. I did not know that. Matt and Amy must be feeling shock about what happen to Mike and thank goodness for their youngest son who was involved in the accident with him. I think that is a wake up call for Matt and Amy knowing that if that happen to their son passing away. That would be traumatic. :ugh: Rest in Peace, Mike.
 
I love to watch Little People, Big World on TV. That's good show. I am looking forward to watch tv on Oct. 13th.
