sorry, but i think you crap bs about deaf solider, i applied usa army, navy, and marine, they don't accept me bec im deaf.

i was fireman before, now not anymore.

I know I deaf volunteer firefighter. I also find it hard to believe that you know a deaf person in the armed forces. I thought you needed a minimum hearing level to be in any branch of the military. As for police, we all know that Gally has sever deaf "Special Police". I am not really sure what their powers are. I have never heard of any municipal police department having any deaf officers.

deaf soilder ??? sound like hard of hearing ??? that would be most likely to get in military who is over rate of HOH's statics ( I am not sure if i say it right ?) know what i mean ? i know one of my supervisor who wear the hearing aid but he is in serves military .. I asked him how did he end up with hearing aid ?? he said it happen to be near the tank cannon blow up and cause his hearing loss .. but still in the serves .. whenever they call on him to come in and serve so he did ... so I suspect that would be above HOH's level can be in service . Does it make sense to u ?

Actually, it is true. There are few Deaf and HoH soldiers. I know the Navy Seals have one bec they needed to be -silent- on their missions, so they have a Deaf teacher to teach them ASL.

I would love to be COP but hear the shooting, me will killed - forget it!

Well, let me explain this to you.. u might try it, and failed.. and u gave up? Well, let me tell you about myself.. I used to work for National Guard Air Force in Minneapolis international airport.. I work as a warehouse and data entry ordering supplies at the Airforce national guard.

Yes there's Deaf Solider in duty. i'm willing to release his name, because his name was announced on magazine that i have..

his name is Staff Sergeant Steven Schrader, working at national guard in Rex, Ga.
He first worked as EMT, firefighter, somehow the national guard looked over at him and appointed him to join. so he did.. now he's staff sergeant and working as an anti-terrorist security task force.

hey why don't u show them the article about these deaf firefighter maybe it might change their mind who know ???? don't let them overcome our actions ! Maybe they would be :jaw: about that who know ???

For the safety of the Deaf people involved in military duty, they wouldn't let the public know Deaf people can be part of the military as a real and civilian soldiers.

One of the CIA members is a CODA. He was running a project that has a group of Deaf soldiers who go on secret missions. Because sounds are easily detected and flashing lights to each other are too obvious. So they use night vision goggles and watch each other sign back and forth in the black of the night.

Believe this, I heard this from a well-known Deaf Historian. I am with-holding his name because I don't have his permission to share it.

Another interesting fact he told me is that there is a huge Deaf Mafia running right now. Do you know where?

this is SO intresting, but DEAF MAFIA? u mind explaining more abt that? this is INTRESTING to know!
