Well I don't think those 2 DJ's will be returning to Radio any time soon. Ok, it was a prank call, and not done maliciously but they'll have that on their consciences for a long time - that's probably punishment enough.
I'm not even sure they can be charged with anything.... If they'd made a threat over the phone, then yes, but it's proving that the prank call directly led to the poor nurse taking her own life - and thats the tricky bit.... Prank calls are very popular with the radio networks over here in Australia, and I hope this sad event means that they'll be a lot less of them.
A lot of companies have withdrawn sponsorships and ads for the radio station as well...
