Where does Genesis 9 say salvation by works? I carefully reviewed the chapter, and it doesn't say anything about salvation by works. The chapter is about Noah after the Flood, and God's promise to not destroy the earth again by water. It is also about Noah's drunkeness and his sons. Are you sure it was Genesis 9?

That should not stop you from wanting to know more about Jesus Christ. You can read the KJV Holy Bible for yourself. You don't have to go to church. This is something that is between you and God alone. God will show you if you ask him during your own Bible study time.

I am with you. I am on your side.. I had expreinceed with whom attend church as church-goers were hypocrities ever I had met.. Once Pastor did put me down from my thristy for God's word. when I was christian newbie.. I realized that pastor put me down in everythings at once.. I started to dont believe chirst things. I refuse to claim to people even include you, ' I AM CHRISTIAN '.. I just being human nature like others without christ things..

I have been there by many christians and even some pastors who does not set Christ's example, but I refuse to give up my faith, by giving up by "blaming" everyone bec this and that is the reason I left church attitude, that is so called blame game just like adam blaming eve and eve blaming the devil, its a personal decision, and God will not give any of us in excuse. The problem is, is a personal lack of experience of relationship with Christ as daily experience and allowing God to reveal of own weaknesses. It isn't easy to live as a christian, its a challenges everyday life. Just going to church itself and sit and listen the sermon then walk out and forget it and back to normal way of life will not get you anywhere and that's the hindrance of God's guidance for you. He is still merciful and grace still flows. I'm sorry how you were going thru, bec I myself gone thru that. But remember, God will judge them also as long if they haven't acknowledge what they have done to others. Yes, it is sad, for many believers and even some pastors setting poor examples by gossipping, condemning, cold shoulders and etc. That hurt Christ big time. Problem is this, are we keep our eyes fix on Christ or focus on the problems? Its not easy, but all our responsiblity is ask God for strength and wisdom, its not overnight done, He will show each of us little by little. But truthfully, it is your decision to make, God doesn't force, neither do I.

Hypocrites ? How is that I am a hypocrite ? I was married before and have my own children. I am not a virgin. I know what Penisairum looks like and they are very old to me. That's NOT somethin' that I've never seen before.

I have nothin' to show any interested in " Penisarium " ( what ever that spell ) and I am entitled to post anythin' in there, because I am a mother of 4 children. I am 45 years old, not a 16 years old or underage with a baby livin' with parents.

Lucia, maybe you should read the Songs of Solomon and when a man and a woman are married before God and their own families in church then they go on a honeymoon there is nothing x-rated about it as the married couple both love each other on the married bed. You will see how Ancient Israel handled matters of marriage and sex in the bedroom. Very Biblical and there were people who brought the married couple food, wine , water, bathed them in Ancient Israel and there was nothing sexual about it as the people who came in and out to bring things for the married couple or use the fanning leaves to keep the married couples cool and things like that. Actually it is very beautiful.
