NASSAU (Reuters) - The teenage son of actor John Travolta died suddenly on Friday during a family vacation in the Bahamas, according to the family's lawyer.

Jett Travolta, 16, suffered a seizure at his family's vacation home at the Old Bahama Bay Hotel on Grand Bahama Island, attorney Michael Ossi said.

Attempts were made to revive him, but he died at the scene, Ossi said.

Jett, who had a history of seizures, was the eldest child of Travolta and his wife, actress Kelly Preston. They also have a daughter, Ella Blue, who was born in 2000.

im felt bad for John and Kelly on loss of son dues sezuires

im also sezuires for my lifes since i was 12 years old but im using medicine all the times morning and night sometimes i forgot i taking medicine but i respective John Travolta's private lifes.

John Travolta told press and larry king that his son very serious sick when he was 2 years old i understand.
 
According to police spokeswoman Loretta Mackey, who spoke with the Associated Press, Jett hit his head in a bathtub Friday morning and was declared dead at Rand Memorial Hospital.

That is very sad. It said he had developmental delays. :(

That was so sad. I am also sorry for his father, John Travolta, who lost his son. I didn't know his son had a health problem. He had a Kawasaki disease.

How horrible! My condolences go out to John and his family. I have a lot of respect for him as a good actor.
