Nice try but being White is not limited to those with blue eyes. Whites have widespread attributes. Some are redheads, brunettes, blonds, even very dark hair as to be black. Same with the eyes too. Many Whites have brown eyes and nary a blue eye in the family or generations. You need to get your facts straight. In the classification of "race" Arabs are Caucasians not Asiatics nor Negroid. In fact, the original Caucasians are thought to disseminate from what is historically known as Persia (modern day Iran).

My son is very white, grey/ blue eyes. white people were thought that he is cauasian, but they were mistake when they shocked to see my son with me.. most time they don't believe this son is his.. my son jr does not look like me anymore...

Reba, I honestly tell you, I really never have thought that way I blamed Miss Delectable... I geniunely acknowleged and understood her concerning that Mr william who complaint or had harashly spoke againist deaf. Because He was jealious of white deaf people had more opporunity to access any building than black.. who knows by my own interpetations of opinion.

Even though, She should not bring about slavery issues up on this.. But she can bring williams's quote which was against deaf and critized on deaf that is fine with me....

Blacks and deafies ought thankful to white country [North America] set them freedom, but gave them some limits of access and votes till today it still do.

If blacks and deafies llived in another country like mexico, or Middle east, or Africa, Asia: they refuse to give deafies / blacks more opporunity and equal with others for rest. they would take their lives and control them without freedoms..

That why I really thanked to white people in USA who set our forefathers and childern's childern including me to freedom unlike other countires.. but we need to remember our american hinstory.

Note: today many foreginers who moved in North America are more and more rude to deaf people and they try gain to control their life like they want to puppet deafies actions and lifes without freedoms that what I notice. They bring their old traditional ways here from the other countires..

No, Mr. Williams didn't write about Deaf. Paotie wrote about Deaf.

I don't think Miss Delectable posted that thread to emphasize slavery issues. She normally posts threads that are about Deaf topics, so I think that was her motivation.

Mr. Williams was NOT against deaf; he didn't even mention "deaf" in his column. It was Paotie who compared slavery to deaf issues.

EXCUSE ME! Your ignorance is breathtaking in its scope. I'm not interested in a racist diatribe from you. I'm not interested in debating any racist claptrap about anything. You mention your son and his characteristics... he has a mixed background taking some of each parent (often they take more from one parent than the other). Nothing new under the sun and nothing unusual. That has been happening since the beginning of time. It just proves my point that it is genetics that explains the makeup of any individual in the world.

As for the Arabs, I never said they were the original Caucasians...you did. They most certainly are classified as caucasoid and believe it or not the Indians (from India) are caucasoid themselves (Check the list below along with its link [if you are so inclined]). Arabs did not come from the peoples of India as you are wont to believe. They are a group who migrated out of the Fertile Crescent (modern Iraq). I don't know where you get this India nonsense from but it is not worth arguing about anymore. It does bring up issues about race as we know it today and that it is not as precise as people like it to be. There is no such thing as a true Black, White or whatever it may be. To argue and bicker about it is incredibly obtuse and totally besides the point. It has no redeeming value whatsoever!!!
