If we, Americans, remove a president from his seat, it wouldnt change the govt system, wouldnt it?
No, it probably wouldn't. But our government has built in safe guards that allow for removal. Impeachment.
But it isn't that removing a leader changes the government....it is that a government can't be changed without removal of a leader. For instance, (and this is purely hypothetical), if we have a leader that leads from the perspective of democracy, and the American public wants to change the government to a Communist state, then they would have to remove the president ruling from a democracy perspective, and replace him/her with one who rules from a communist perspective.
Seems like in order for the removal of a leader to work, it would have to be a Dictatorship or Communist government?
