Well if it for me, I'd leave IE alone and use other browser such as FireFox, Safari, or Opera for example.
I would advise against removing IE from your computer because it is integrated with the OS.

Is your pc/graphic card overclocked? It does seem like a hardware problem to me. If you have a spare video card laying around, you could try it? Or, if your PC has an onboard video, you could try removing your AGP/PCI-E or whatever card that is connected to your motherboard and use the onboard video display.

Invisible line? What do you mean? Now I got my PC restored, everything goes back to normal, except every time I scroll up/down on the internet page (ie, firefox) and there is the invisible line loads up the whole screen. How to fix this? I think the video card caused the problem?!?
Hats off to those who gave you suggestions and advice. If it's invisible, how does one see it there?Invisible line? What do you mean?
Same here.I use Firefox. I have a shortcut for Firefox on my desktop. I simply open that whenever I want to go online.![]()
Yes, that's what I did. IE is still listed in programs if I need to use it but at least it's not cluttering up my desktop. You can delete the shortcut ....
