hi guys,

I'm struggling with my current homework related to business presention.

I need to find 5 different changes that made this day since the past 15 to 20 years.. and how it affect the job quality

for example.. video phone changes the quality of business.. by increasing the productivity, efficiency, and savings by having video conference... saves money from airplane trip, etc...

I'm not sure I understand this.. but I'll give it a try

Digital Cameras have been invented
robot Vacuum cleaner
Dvd Player has been invented but not sure when
Flat-Screen monitor
optical mouse
Flat top stove
hybrid cars

Real person here. I’m not sure what you’re asking either. Are you looking for 5 things which have changed in the past 15 years which alter the workplace for deaf people, or everybody in general?

Some things off the top of my head:

The ADA Act. Opened up opportunities for previously disenfranchised people.

Telecommuting. Gave people more flexibility in work times.

The rise in the number of corporate daycare facilities. Advantages obvious.

some of the answers are good enough.. all i have to do now is look for a website... and an article about it and how it affect our lifestyle been a stressful homework. heh

guess that's the part of my job.. in accounting is a stressful job.

in past 15 years? Hmm, what about women's "glass ceilings" in workplace? It is being broken down with the famous trial between that Senator and the intern (African-Americans.. I am SO embarassed because their names completely escaped from my mind. the trial was in 1992 so hope this helps?) with the introduction of the sexual harassment policy at workplace. Women's rights-- equal rights... and Don't forget the introductions of zero tolerance of discrimniations-- Sexual orientation is the new thing in last 15 years with the GLBT movement in 70s and a new wave in 90s... and Lev did good with the discrimimations/rights for diasbled people, included D/HH people.

:) Good luck!

Most recent one is probably these new
Automatic monthly Billing payments online
