I think its important for my friend to get help and protect from that former friend, before it getting too far but it has gone way beyond..
(names changed for their protection)..

I am trying to help Lynn to get some help which I am aware of threatened on internet or offended.. even use on a child...

Lynn used to know Rick as friend for while and She stopped friend with Rick.. because She was disgusted and uncalled for that what Rick has tried or done said to her in sexual content.. Rick and Lynn lived 2 hours apart.. She let her husband know about the situtation went out of hand.. her husband tried his best to stay away.. few times Rick tried to break up Lynn's marriage, and few times bothered her by instant messaging, She blocked him almost everywhere on internet..
Till tonight, Rick posted in Lynn's blog journal, use her name.. said.. "You know, I really fancy jeff. D'you think he'd have sex with me?" (jeff is less 1 year old)...
Rick is married man... he have few affairs with others.. but his wife didnt know or tempted to tell her, he covered up or said that they telling lie.. IMO, hes pissed because he cant get sex with her or get in touch with her.. so he started to make things out of hand..

So, what should she do?-- I already give advice that she needs to go police department to get restraining order.. but from my prescetive of this situation, she didnt have enough evidences..

I will be appreciated so much if you give advices or help!

Why i post this because its online internet, from my experiences.. I went through with my ex husband's gf.. she was harrasing.. and email and instant messaging.. (that was 5 years ago)
I saved all informations.. and showed the judge to get restraining order.. I failed :(.. wtf!!.. judge said.. cant use interent to show proof because no ISP# showned.. dang!!

Maybe she should call Police and .. show that blog msg.. and explain who that Rick is?

I tried to think anything else.. Umm.

sounds like a pedophile if this Jeff is actually a child of only 1 year old! my gawd thats so SICK! YES report the sick dude! the child should be protected against this sick fuck! :madfawk: at pedophiles my gawd

I would definitely get a law enforcement officer's opinion on this. If this guy will not leave your friend alone, then a restraining order might be necessary. That is, if they won't put him away for making sick comments about having sex with babies.

I'll say your friend's husband has a hell of a lot of tolerance. Mine would have already beat him into a pulp of nothingness. :) Anyway...I wish you luck. DO get the police involved - for both the safety of your friend and Jeff's.
 
Tell her to save all the evidence for the police so that the police can come into her house and look into her computer and i am sure they will find him thru ISP#.

Sometimes they will call FBI. So Good luck!!
 
okay, this guy is stalking her on the internet, right not physically yet? She could take some steps such as making her Buddy List friends only, her blog friends only... and so on.
