*scratching my head*

You said that Detective cant place any E Bay employee under arrest?

But he says that you can ask the bank to resolve it?

So what is your point then?

Big whoop. Just like we have told you that the police wouldn't do anything. Whoopity doo.

But Bank did solve it they have made me sign a unauthorizion release for that E-BAY cannot take money out of my account.

But you are upset that the police didn't arrest anybody at eBay. I can see that you are foaming at the mouth. How dare the police didn't arrest anybody.

*points at ravensteve and laughs*

it was already too obvious that we've told you at first that cops can't do shit with Ebay or even the rules of Ebay...it's almost if you are asking the cops to shut down Ebay just because of a stupid ticket that you've been tricked and bought without even knowing it was a fraud. I mean...c'mon! use your brain! if you actually have one...that is.

it's your own fault that you use your own money and your own fault that you've been tricked over because ANYTHING from Ebay can always be a fake...I never trust Ebay anyway.

Ravensteve,

That doesn't mean that Ebay cannot touch your bank account, Your bank is doing their job, They let you fill out the authorize form that you did not gave Ebay permission to withdraw money out of your account, They send that to Ebay's bank account, to refund you the money back, but that doesn't mean you will get your money back, If Ebay send them the form that you signed during the time you registered at Ebay that gave them permission to used your bank, You won't get your money back. They win, and you lose. Make sure you know what you signed before you registered at Ebay.

I know how that works because I filled one out before, It happened 3 years ago or so, I recovered on my bank statement that someone from Cingular Wireless Automatic withdrawn money out of my account for two celluar phones that I purchase in Florida. I was like celluar phones? So I had to call my bank, they asked me to come in and filled that form out that I did not give them permission to automatic withdraw money out of my account. I explain my reason too that I never purchase two cellular phones in Florida. Cingular Wireless refunded the money back to my bank, because they didn't have my ID on file, they didn't have my signature on file. Of course the person who used my bank account was an ex boyfriend of mine. He have done it twice, Once to pay his electric bill in Florida and purchase two cellular phones in Florida under my name.

I told you so!, and BIG warning!!!! If Bank finds Ebay to abide every rule, the bank can retrotrive your dispute and take your money out again and can incur the penalty!!! Thus will make you look bad, and possible ruin your debit report!
Bank will do full blown investigation, I bet you that bank will find fault of your own, not Ebay! your asking for more trouble already.

Come back 3 months later tell us what bank got to say! Their investigation usually takes up to 90 days before they complete them.

And that doesn't mean your problem is solved not yet RS, E bay can always go another way by taking you to court to get their money back if they can't take it from your banking account...

The chance are bank WILL retrotract the dispute, and RS will surely lose anyway. It is very UNLIKELY that Ebay will go to court because bank will be on E-bay's side eventually.

For seven lousy dollars. You don't need a lawyer, if you really want to sue eBay for your seven dollars, you go to a small claim court which you don't need a lawyer. And if you do sue eBay through small claim court, you will end up not getting money back because you have to pay to setup a court date for your small claim.

Let me guess, you're going to blame the liberals for the high price for lawyers?
