I need to vent. Today my friend told me that I got the picture in my inbox. I went and check it out. I was so offended by it. My ex gf decided to have tattoo, she put down the nazi cross on it. I was like oh my god thats really big offense to me. Her sister in law is jewish. Did my ex realized what she had done? I told my two friends abt it. One said it is nazi cross and was offended her as well. She is 100 percent german and I am 25 percent german. sigh. I am still stunned and never thought she would do it or maybe she didnt realized. I .. I.. sigh.. I am sorry I am still speechless. I needed to vent it. Thanks for listening. I appreciated it.

Sorry to hear that I dont blame ya. It is good for you to vent it out. I hope this situation straighten out.

That truly is shocking, and disappointing.

Sometimes people do things for the shock value. Unfortunately, a tatoo is a permanent shock. I hope that is the only reason your ex gf did that.

If your ex gf actually follows Nazi beliefs, that is even more frightening. I hope that is not the situation. :(

I don't blame you for needing to vent about that.

I'm sorry to hear that, I can't blame you for feeling that way, good vent there girl, hope that she would understand where you are coming from on this, because that something I wouldn't approve either

wow.. what are her reason for having that tattoo?
She designed the wings around the question mark and also add the person's name with the cross. She wanted to honor the person's name since he had passed on two yrs ago.

Exhales breath carried away...

Pretty quite tough ones being like this.. Nice venting!

WHOA! That's so disgusting what she did!! It is very offended I do agreed!

I'm sorry...

The Iron Cross was around even before WW 2 happened. It does not mean that she is a nazi :shake my head: Even if she holds some Nazi beliefs then it will be a releflection of what she sees going on in the world then it parallels what the jews did before WW 2 exploded on the scence. Millions and millions more do not know the crimes the jews commited before WW II happened. The jews have done a very good job at keeping that part a secret, even amongst unaware Germans and German-Americans as well as the rest of the world. I am a very aware German-American.
Doesnt matter if before or during WWII. It still offense!!!

must agree , and still gives the nazis no right to kill 11 million people just because they're jewish, and or because they don't have blonde, blue eyes.

THE CROSS IS OFFENDED BY SOME OF US!! IF you dont like it. Then DONT bother to post it in here.

I want to understand clearly.

Is her tatoo a swastika (Nazi emblem), or is it an Iron Cross (like the Maltese Cross)?

From your first post I thought it was a swastika but Heath refers to the Iron Cross. Can you please clarify for me?

Thank you.

maybe you could post a picture of the cross she got tatooed

I understand that you felt offended...I have questions to ask you...

Did you ask your friend why did she chose nazi cross? Did you ask her what was the purpose for her to do it? maybe she has reason behind it that we dont know about... :dunno:

That lie has no place in this thread.

Actually, it has no place on this planet.
