Today i made the switch from glasses to contacts it's so weird i can feel them just sitting on my eyes and i'm blinking like 10. times in a second it's to bad and i'm tearing like no tomarow so i'm wondering did everyone with contacts first day go like this?
 
:lol: I did that few years ago...but no longer using eye contacts anyway bec its so expensive to buy in every 3 or 6 months...I stick with glasses...:)
 
the first couple days its normal for it to feel unusual - then you won't even notice them in! Do you have hard or soft lenses?
 
I had thought of getting eye contacts but I am not sure I want to deal with eye droplets, just getting them in the morning and out of my eyes before bed.

I have a question.... do you see better with contacts or eyeglasses ?
 
I have soft. and idk i like not having something on my face all the time they finally disappeared on my eyes i don't feel them or anything except when i forget to blink. i think i see better with contacts cause it looks like ur just looking through your eyes nothing is there

Hmmm..... do you think if I go to college that eye contacts will help with reading and studying or is it better to go with eyeglasses ?

Idk they are diffrenet for everyone you need to figure this one out on your own
 
Many years ago I wore hard contacts. They weren't too uncomfortable after I got used to them.

But as I got older, my eyes got dryer, so I can't wear contacts anymore. A few years ago I go laser surgery to correct my distance vision. Now I can see good enough to drive without any glasses.

You probably just have to get used your contacts.

My husband went through the same thing couple of years ago and it took him I think a week or two to get used to it. This is perfectly normal. He can see EVERYTHING with contact lenses. I'm not sure if that's a good thing... :ugh3: Teasing :D Just give it a time. :)
 
About 4 hours after putting them on yesterday they disappeared on my eyes i actually had to go look in the mirror and make sure they were still in but yea i love them they are so breathable I just can't imagine going back to glasses
