I and my boss was late to rally (We were supposed to be at Rosemount High School by 4pm but we got there at like 5 PM), and didnt had time to arrange interpreter, and place for deaf people. I was asked to do rally tonight for John Edwards in Rosemount to assist deaf lady ( I know her, and she dislikes me).... Since I am new staff for Kerry-Edwards. I tried my best to get right place for intrepter, and where she can stand, and I had to talk to Secret Services guy and other staff about situation regarding deaf people. When I tried to talk to Secret Service agents, she intrepputed me and tried to do my job for me, but after the rally I told her that it is my job not her, but she blames me for talking with my friends which was in crowd (most local candidates), and that I was seeking autograhs..... I told her I am new at this and that the campaign was disorganized on planning because Edwards visit to MN is last minute and that we tried our best to accommidate her. Altough I don't like her at all.. I told her that oh you meant I did lousy job, so thanks..... I feel so rotten and that just I tried my best, iI told her it is like new teacher trying to displience kids.... oh man.. I really don't like her at all.... :madfawk: :madfawk: :madfawk: She made me really pissed off... I think she don't like me because she work for Deafblind Services of MN (DBSM), which have grudge against me for like 4-5 years. I know that DBSM staff, or whoever is associated to DBSM doesn't like me at all.

DBSM :rl: :rl: :whip: :rifle: :smash:

Yeah the party planners are gonna be like that and I trust youre not gonna be the only one that gets herded and hollered about like that. I seen they do that to many people one one afternoon. 3 guys walked past me slipped a note at a Sanchez fundraiser telling me they quit because of a young lady giving everyone a lot of lip.

Be strong and you'll survive the high strung campaign lifestyle.

What make you think you think DBSM is against you? (pondering...)

I can sympathize for what you had to deal with or went through during this event....

Yet, correct me if I'm wrong, but it's my understanding that you're currently running for some political office or post, if so...sadly, upon reading this and your attitude that you've shown towards certain people no matter if they may be wrong or not...after all, this IS a public forum and if certain people from your hometown or state were to come across this...it sure might backfire and hurt your chances of establishing votes...I'm not here to criticize you or for who you are, but I'm clearly trying to point out something that you might be overlooking in hopes you can rectify the course of your actions or attitude by instilling and showing a bit more courtesy...some things or what you may really feel about something or someone might be in your best interests kept to yourself only....hey, I'm only trying to help...if you see this differently, I'm sorry, but that is NOT my intention.... :) Smile and have a great day now!

I have to agree with Roadrunner on that. I come from a family of politicians. You have to remain positive and learn to ignore the rude, harsh remarks or rumors. When people see you carry yourself well and you do it with a smile, they will surely want to take your side and vote for you!

P.S. Psst!! I hope this posting is not a violation of your employment's code of ethics!

Well, I was venting, since its my first time doing rally as a volunteer. I just wanted to let you guys know how it went. Altough for DBSM, they doesn't move on if they have problem with people such as me, they tell the staff to treat people like me like crap wherever they see even at stores, political stuff, anything.. that just I am tired of DBSM being obessive on past problem and have grudges against some cretain people. I and DBSM had problem back in 2000, 2001 but I just moved on but they don't.

Others here like Pinkester vent about their jobs too, why can't I vent too? I have right to vent too.

I don't meant to be rude but that what my opinion on things.

Yes, you have right to vent out to make yourself feel better, there's nothing wrong...

Of course you have the right to vent about anything in general but they're saying that once you are involved in political office or whatever it is, it can cause you to lose votes by others ....
