Glad that your hubby support you!! I dont blame you for not wanting those emails. Since your SIL is teenager. One day, she'll stop emails those stuffs.. I know its hard to be patient, but be patient.. ;) You know teenagers.


I would love to meet your hubby one day!! I already met you, your sweet little boy and your daughter!!!

I am glad to hear this update also.

It sounds like the worst is over, with your husband's support, and now your sister in law stopped the emailing.

Yea, hope u can meet him someday.

I guess my SIL doesnt understand why I am not interested in the gangster lifestyle. Maybe when she is a mother, she would feel the same way.

I just saw too much in real life in AZ. Anyone know that Maryvale, AZ is a gang-infested town or used to be in the 90s. That was where my ex hubby's mom lived...I saw too much there which branded me for life. I hope to never ever witness what I saw in that town ever again. So, by opening up those kinds of emails just triggered bad memories for me and I would end up feeling a little anxiety afterwards but my in-laws dont understand that. They said I was making a mountain of a molehill. I just figured that if they dont want to try to understand where I am coming from, then I am not gonna worry about it as long as I dont get these kinds of emails.

True, they couldnt understand or didnt know what you went through in AZ. I dont blame you for that really!! If I am in your shoes, Ill do the same!! Gangsters isnt funny and very dangerous, well depend on the gangsters, some are good, some are bad!! but we wont know..
 
I'm total surprise about your in-laws' reaction because I would be very appreicate for your attention over my daughter's behavior and :ty: for tell me when I were your in-laws'. I am also surprise over your SIL's reaction too, is her lack of respect. It's really sad to know that she did not being teach how to respect anyone's wish.

It's good to know that your hubby support you. I can see the point why your hubby tried to tell you to not take her email serious because he know the solution with them won't work. This situation, you describe about in-laws and SIL tell a lot which is really sad.
 
If I were you I would start emailing your SIL articles of what it really means to be a gangsta. Some obitaries wouldn't hurt either. I am not sure if you, yourself, want to be reminded but that's what I would do. Another thing I would do is get one of those paint guns and do a drive by while she is outside. Once she is hit, tell her that you just got initiated into a gang on account of her life. Peace Out
