First, I bought Smart Balance butter spread, and I see there was little water in it? Then I decide switched to I cant' Beleive, It's Not Butter and same thing that little water in it after used it?

Normal?:eek3:

I use smart balance. And I've never noticed any water. Is the butter soft when you use it? Mine is firm. Perhaps your refrigerator is too warm?

The water is probably from humidity. It happens often when you move products between hot and cold environments.

For instance, you buy it fresh from the store... then drive a while in a hot car all the way home before putting it in your refrigerator.

Another example would be when you take it out of the refrigerator and leave it out before putting it back in.

I think that is from humidity also I do leave it out a while! :ty:

I like a taste of, I can't believe it's butter is better than other... Also my buddy's doctor told him to avoid dairy!

I buy real butter for my family. For myself, with my dairy free needs, I use Smart Balance for my spreadable and once in a great while there is condensation on the top, but for my stick butter or for cooking, I use Best Life. I still like my fried eggs, and the smart balance just isn't real good that way for me, so I used the Best Life.
