Hey everyone
Well let start with my issue, I'm too skinny I'm 30 pound underweight. I'm 5'2 85 pound.
[[Reasons:]]
* Hardly ever feel hungry
* Extremely small appetite half of sandwich makes me full sometimes
* Always tired even with 12 hours sleep
* Heart murmur might play a role
* Eating is boring to me
* I have virtually no muscles tone I'm skin and bones.
* I have skinny genetic
* I'm semi-picky eater
* I'm allergic to RED meat and fish
* Small skeletal frames
* No energy to cook the normal way (using stove or oven)
[[Things to add:]]
* Highest I've ever been is 102 pound but only lasted 12 hours lightest I've ever been is 82 pound.
* I lose weight at rapid pace I can lose 5 pound less than a week.
* I want to be 115 pound and maintain it for all my life except while being pregnant of course
[[What I want from you]]
* Tell me recipes of any food one serving size 400 calories or more
* Tell me Tips on how to gain weight, makes me more hungry, add more calories and what they are to meal or beverages
* Anything that can be helpful to me!
