The funny thing he has a baby that just was born and has a girlfriend and he has a job and he still does that? That's why I don't get it at all. He already has something to do and still does this.

We aren't worried about him. We don't talk about him and we just move on. Next time the reunion happens, we will just go there and laugh it off. We didn't know about her reunion because no one told her that which is why. So next time we will keep eye on it.

I had a problem with a stalker also, and he "keyed" (scratched) my brand new Ford truck...the cuts were very deep, all around the truck while it was parked at my apartment. Altho' I knew he did it, I had no proof. I did not get my Truck fixed or repainted right then....I did file a police report tho'....

What I did was, I took my police report to my apartment manager and explained the situation. My lease was about up anyway, and she let me go whenever I could get out of there....

I left my truck at the new location (where I was moving, 25 miles across town), got some friends to help me move everything out late one night....and we made sure we were not followed while we were moving my stuff....

Then I did file a report for stalking...I took a lot of drastic measures whenever I went anywhere, making sure I was not followed....this went on for a Year! I also got rides to and from work for a few months...Always keeping an "eye out", looking over my shoulder...

I eventually did get my truck fixed and repainted another color....Finally, the stalking ceased....Luckily, I was not harmed in a physical way, just mentally.

So, wishing you luck!....Hope you can solve this dilemma soon.

That's an awful experience. I've been followed by strange men while driving and that sucked. Usually, if they know that you see them, they try another woman who is not paying attention. These guys count on the element of surprise.

Have you considered a video survellience system? Pretty inexpensive from costco. Also, record the dates and events. Try to include disinterested witnesses.

Really, you don't need that. Why fighting for proof.. it's really time consuming for doing all this. The best way to do is to ignore it, live a happy life regardless what they think of Sequoias.

It's hard to get a protective order without proof. Even when a husband is beating his wife. Some photos of bruises from a boss or coworker help tremendously. One boss helped convict a guy by making notes in her business planner.

yeah definelatly very difficult to do that. My gf's ex boyfriend (daughter's dad) abused her and never had evidence! Police wouldn't do anything at all either. Grrr at him get away with it.
 
Im the same with KarissaMann05.... really, I don't care what they have to say about it. I laugh it off.

True, that. You cannot get a protective order without something to back up your claim of needing protection. They won't issue one on a she said / he said basis.

When my niece that has aspergers was being bullied at school kids where also calling her house and calling her names. Her parents called the police and was told they had to prove their daughter was being bullied, my sister had to write down the day, time etc of each phone call before the cops would help. When my sister had enough proof , the cop put a tracer on her phone to record who was calling. My sister and brother in law when to every kid's house and spoke to their parents. If the kids did not stop the phone calls my sister and brother in law where going to press charged. The calls stopped. If it was was child I would press charged against the jerks , they made my niece life Hell in school.
 
Im sorry about your gf's problem. I'm dealing what she is dealing. Bunch of fucking rumors. It does hurt your feelings when people lie about you. I cant really do anything about it b/c Im deaf and mute. So, spiteful and punks are taking advantage of it. Not even my family is helping me. Just the way life is.

EDIT: The guy who is giving you problems is a coward with cold feelings. I cant believe people are like that.
